Body camera catches police officer saving baby’s life

Dramatic video from an Albuquerque Police Department shows an officer resuscitating an unconscious baby while the girl’s distraught family looks on.

Police said on Tuesday that Officer Martin Smith was called to a home on May 14 and found a 7-month-old baby girl who was unresponsive.

Smith is then seen in the video giving the child CPR, and rubbing her chest in order to revive her.
