From the website:

Established in 1996 during the Web’s infancy, The Webbys is presented by the International Academy of Digital Arts and Sciences (IADAS) — a 1,000+ member judging body. The Academy is comprised of Executive Members, leading Web experts, business figures, luminaries, visionaries and creative celebrities, and Associate Members who are former Webby Winners, Nominees and other Internet professionals.

The online public also chooses The Webby People’s Voice Winners by casting ballots for their favorite Nominees during the annual voting period.

Judges include pro-abortion President & Editor-in-Chief of AOL Huffington Post Media Group Arianna Huffington and others.

Although, Webby nominees were announced today, winners won’t be announced until April 27th and awarded on Monday, May 18th.

This year, under the Social category, a “People’s Choice” nomination includes abortion giant Planned Parenthood.

Winners in the “Social” groups are judged on “Content, Creativity, Overall Experience, and Engagement.”

Strangely, there doesn’t appear to be a list of dis-qualifiers for the award such as organizations founded by a racist Klan speaker, covering sexual abuse of minor females, or killing unborn babies in the womb.

And if past awards are any indication, the number one provider of abortions could have a chance at winning.
