Undercover abortion stings reveal repeated deception by arrested doc

In early December, an Oklahoma abortion doctor was arrested after an undercover sting revealed that he was offering to perform abortions on women who were not pregnant.

Patel-Arrested-Dec-2014--300x231

News reports indicate that undercover agents set up appointments with 62-year-old Nareshkumar Patel where they say he administered ultrasounds and pregnancy tests and then told them they were pregnant, when they weren’t.

Affidavit Patel

A copy of the probable cause affidavit against Patel has revealed what the sting uncovered.

According to the document, in June, a medical licensure investigator called Patel’s Oklahoma City abortion clinic, Outpatient Services for Women to schedule an abortion and was told it would cost $620.00. She then went to the clinic and gave them the cash for the abortion. Prior to her visit to the abortion clinic, she confirmed she was not pregnant. The investigator says that abortionist Patel gave her an ultrasound and told her she was “very, very pregnant,” giving her five RU486 abortion pills with instructions on how to take them. After her visit with Patel, she immediately left his clinic and went to another physician to confirm she was not pregnant. The entire interaction was caught on video and audio recordings.

Outpatient Services for women Patel

On October 13th, a female Oklahoma City Police Detective confirmed by a licensed physician that she was not pregnant. Then, three days later, the detective along with agents from the state’s Attorney General’s Office, went to Patel’s clinic for an abortion she had previously scheduled, wearing a recording device. She also paid Patel $620.00 for RU486 abortion pills and was given a receipt for her purchase. She was then taken to an exam room where Patel told her she was pregnant. The police detective, who used her own name for the appointment, was allegedly given an ultrasound and a urine test which Patel said came up positive for a pregnancy. Patel then gave her RU486 abortion pills with instructions. Immediately following her visit to the abortion clinic, the detective went to a medical facility which confirmed she was not pregnant.

On October 21st, a female Oklahoma Attorney General Agent scheduled an appointment for an abortion at Patel’s clinic which she recorded. That same day, the agent confirmed with a medical professional that she was not pregnant. The abortion appointment was scheduled for the following day. On October 22nd, the AG representative and other agents went to Patel’s Outpatient Services for Women abortion clinic and under the alias Elizabeth Fitzpatrick paid the receptionist $620.00 for the abortion procedure. The agent was not given a pregnancy test but was taken to an exam room where abortionist Patel asked her for the date of her last menstrual period. According to the agent, Patel performed an ultrasound and told her she was “early in her pregnancy.” He then gave the female agent five RU486 abortion pills with instructions on how to use them. As with the other investigators, the AG agent immediately went to a medical center for a second pregnancy test which turned up negative.

As a result of the undercover stings, in early December, Oklahoma Attorney General Scott Pruitt charged Dr. Naresh G. Patel with three counts of obtaining money under false pretense after improperly prescribing abortion-inducing drugs to patients he said were pregnant, but were not.

Patel was later placed under arrest and is currently not practicing medicine , pending an investigation by the state’s medical board.

A court date is pending but has not been set in the abortion doctor’s fraud case.

When illegal abortion operators bribed the police

Posted in Illegal abortion with tags , , , , , on December 30, 2014 by saynsumthn

Prior to the legalization of abortion, some operators bribed the police in order to stay in business.

Under the sub title: The Abortion Racket, a 1966 Dade County Grand Jury final report reads:

The grand jury feels that officers of the law should not be permitted to enrich themselves from payoffs from either doctors of patients on abortion cases. The grand jury has not been able to adequately investigate the abortion racket in the county, but finds that there is evidence tending to prove that officers of the law have been forcing physicians to pay bribes in order to escape arrest and protection for having committed abortions and to permit them to continue to do so.

Abortion Racket

A 1967 Miami News story indicated that two Miami police officers were ordered to stand trial in an abortion bribe case. The charges alleged the two took $5500 in bribes from two abortionists.

In 1970, a Detroit abortion clinic was caught giving bribes to police so they could continue operating. A Ludington, Michigan paper reports that even a newly appointed police chief was allegedly in on the scam.

The paper says the Detroit Free Press had reported that a former teamsters union attorney had admitted personally delivering Mafia bribes of $1000.00 a month to three top ranking police from one abortion clinic.

In 1966, a Miami abortionist was arrested an accused of attempting to bribe a police officer. Dr Luis Barquet Bulas offered the police officer $4000.00 to let him go the Miami News reported. The abortion doctor had a 36 state alert out for his arrest after bribing police officers in New York for $50,000.

In 1951, an illegal abortionist says his arrest was the result of his refusal to pay a bribe to a Portland police officer.

Sheriff David Clarke if Black lives mattered they’d protest abortion clinics

Posted in Black Conservative, Black Lives Matter, Blacks protest abortionn with tags , , , , , , , , , , on December 28, 2014 by saynsumthn

CNN’s Poppy Harlow interviewed Milwaukee Sheriff David Clarke about the recent protests that some in the Black Community have sparked after the police related deaths of Michael Brown and Eric Garner.

Harlow asked the Sheriff, who has been on several news shows on Fox and others, about a tweet he sent out implying that if Black lives mattered the protesters would be outside abortion clinics because of the high numbers of black babies killed by abortion.

David Clark Jr

The tweet sent by Sheriff Clarke, a black man himself, was sent to Mitch Smith, Journalist in the Chicago bureau of The New York Times and read, “If only these faux protesters were asked by media about all the black on black killing or black babies aborted in US every year.

David A Clark abortion tweet

Poppy asked the Sheriff if he sent the tweet, “Yes I did,” Sheriff Clark responded.

He continued, “When I hear these things that Black lives matter, the only people who really believe that statement are American police officers who go into American ghettos every day to keep people from killing each other. Alright, so, yes I did say that and I meant it. Look, the abortions? If Black lives – if they really mattered, that’s where the outrage would be that’s where we’d see protests…

This blog has proven time and again that abortion targets the Black community. Stats released by the CDC again prove that minorities are killed by abortion in disproportionate numbers. In fact, according to the most recent numbers, 36.2% of the total number of abortions recorded for race or ethnicity were reported on Black women.

Mississippi, which currently has only one abortion clinic in the state, had the highest number of abortions reported on Black women coming in at 63.4%.

Alabama, reported that 58.7% of their abortions were on Blacks while in Georgia they reported 52.1% abortions on Black.

Tennessee performed 49.9% of their abortions on Black women and Virginia performed 43.9% on Black women, while Michigan’s Black abortion percentage was 47.9%.

New York City alone performed 46.1% of their abortions on Black women and 41.1% of Black abortions was reported in Missouri.

It is a known fact that a majority of abortions are performed by Planned Parenthood.

Despite their founder’s link to the Klan and the racist eugenics movement, not one protest from the Black Lives Matter movement led by abortion advocates like Rev. Al Sharpton has been organized outside Planned Parenthood. Even when Planned Parenthood left a 24-year-old Black woman bleeding to death in their Chicago clinic, Sharpton said nothing. That woman’s name was Tonya Reaves and the only protests on her behalf were organized by black leaders within the pro-life movement.

So that begs the question, initiated by Sheriff Clark, if Black Lives Matter, and they certainly do, why is it that the one place known for killing off black babies and a black woman is not being protested?

Clairette Armstrong editor Birth Control Review

The Birth Control Review is a publication of Margaret Sanger’s.

Sanger founded Planned Parenthood and had ties to eugenics and the Klan.

BCR Jan 1939

One of the Birth Control Review’s 1939 consulting editor was Clairette Armstrong.

On April 1, 1933, Clairette P. Armstrong, of the Children’s Court of the City of New York, read a paper at the meeting of the New York Branch of the American Psychological Association. The author analyzed the problem in relation to immigration by particular racial groups.

In 1934, Armstrong called for a mental test for immigrants entering the United States. He called the children of immigrants a “deviant” and largely mentally sub-normal children.

CDC censors Planned Parenthood founder’s ties to Klan and Eugenics

Posted in CDC, Margaret Sanger with tags , , , , , , on December 28, 2014 by saynsumthn

Despite her ties to the Klan and to eugenics, the Center for Disease Control lists Margaret Sanger as some sort of heroine.

Sanger CDC

From the CDC, “Margaret Sanger.

“Sometimes social factors slow progress toward improving health more than lack of awareness or the absence of technology. No 20th century public health achievement demonstrates this more clearly than the struggle to provide women in the United States with safe and effective birth control. Margaret Sanger (September 14, 1879-September 6, 1966) risked scandal, danger, and imprisonment to challenge the legal and cultural obstacles that made controlling fertility difficult and illegal.

“Margaret Louise Higgins was born in Corning, New York, the sixth of 11 children. Her free-thinking father’s politics might have ignited her activism, but watching the process of her mother, aged 50 years, die after 18 pregnancies probably had an even deeper impact. Higgins was a nursing student in 1902 when she married architect William Sanger. Although weakened by bouts of tuberculosis, she bore three children between 1902 and 1910. The Sangers immersed themselves in the radical political and intellectual world of Greenwich Village in New York City. She worked as a visiting nurse in the city’s tenements and wrote about sex education and women’s health.

“In 1914, Sanger’s articles in The Woman Radical brought her a federal indictment for violating federal postal obscenity laws, prompting her to flee to England. As soon as the ship left U.S. waters, she cabled a radical publisher in New Jersey to distribute 100,000 copies of her pamphlet, Family Limitation. Sanger remained exiled in Europe until late 1915; William Sanger had been arrested and jailed for distributing one copy of Family Limitation, and Margaret Sanger returned to face the charges against her. Personal tragedy intervened when the Sanger’s 5-year-old daughter died suddenly from pneumonia; public sentiments resulted in dismissal of the charges against Margaret Sanger.

“Rather than backing away from controversy, Sanger and her sister Ethel Byrne, also a nurse, opened the first birth control clinic in the United States, modeled after those Sanger had seen in Holland. On October 16, 1916, dozens of Jewish and Italian immigrant women from Brooklyn’s crowded Brownsville section lined up to receive counseling and birth control information. Nine days later police closed the clinic and arrested Sanger, Byrne, and the clinic’s interpreter. Byrne was tried and convicted first, and went on a hunger strike. Sanger was convicted and served 30 days in jail. Legal failure had brought victory, however. The publicity surrounding Sanger’s activities had made birth control a matter of public debate.

“After World War I, Sanger continued her U.S. leadership role, although during the 1920s and 1930s, she refocused her energy toward international birth control, traveling and lecturing throughout Asia and Europe. In 1952, she founded the International Planned Parenthood Federation and served as its first president until 1959. Sanger died in Tucson, Arizona, aged 87 years, a few months after the 1965 Supreme Court decision, Griswold vs. Connecticut, that made birth control legal for married couples, the culmination of events Sanger had started 50 years earlier.”

Planned Parenthood founder, Margaret Sanger, was a member in good standing with the racist American Eugenics Society. Sanger had board members who were known for their racist writings and Sanger published many of those in her publications.

EugenicsBoardSanger

Planned Parenthood was also steeped in eugenics and to this day their top award is called the Margaret Sanger Award, despite the fact that Sanger was an admitted Klan speaker.

Margaret Sanger and Autobiography

This is what Sanger wrote in her autobiography, “I accepted an invitation to talk to the women’s branch of the Ku Klux Klan…I saw through the door dim figures parading with banners and illuminated crosses…I was escorted to the platform, was introduced, and began to speak…In the end, through simple illustrations I believed I had accomplished my purpose. A dozen invitations to speak to similar groups were proffered.” (Margaret Sanger: An Autobiography, P.366 Read it here https://ia802607.us.archive.org/1/items/margaretsangerau1938sang/margaretsangerau1938sang.pdf)

Sanger Autobiography Klan Speech

One would think that at the very least the CDC would have read Margaret Sanger’s autobiography and her history and would have an accurate description of Sanger’s beliefs and motives. But, apparently the CDC is not interested in an accurate history of the Planned Parenthood founder.

In addition to birth control and eugenics Sanger also had connections to the euthanasia movement. (read here)

NOW and the White House

Within months of taking office, President Barack Obama created the White House Council on Women and Girls. According to the administration, the council was created, “with the explicit mandate to ensure that every agency, department, and office in our federal government with the policies they draft, the programs they create, and the legislation they support takes into account the needs and aspirations of American women and girls.”

Valerie Jarrett was named the Chair and the Executive Director is Christina Tchen.

In 2010, Tina Tchen became Michele Obama’s chief of staff replacing Susan Sher. According to Life News, Tchen previously served as the vice president of the National Organization for Women, a prominent pro-abortion organization.

But Tchen was not the only member of the pro-abortion National Organization for Women ( NOW) that has joined the Obama administration.

LatifaLyles007

Latifa Lyles is the Director of the Women’s Bureau at the Department of Labor. Lyles previously served as Vice President for Membership of the National Organization for Women (NOW).

In a report published by the administration they brag that barring the defunding of abortion giant Planned Parenthood was one of the many ways they carried out their mandate to help women. Under the section, Protect Women’s Access to Reproductive Health Services, the report states, “Women typically use contraception for 30 years of their lives, and the average cost of contraception is $30 to $50 per month. Under the Affordable Care Act’s preventive services coverage provision, insurance companies are now required to cover contraception at no extra cost. In addition, President Obama has consistently supported and defended Title X family planning clinics, proposing funding increases for these clinics in each year of his Administration. For many women, a family planning clinic is their entry point into the health care system and is their primary source of care. This is especially true for low-income women, women who are uninsured, and for Hispanic and African American women. These services are highly cost-effective, saving $4 for every $1 spent. And in April 2011, President Obama refused to allow language barring Title X funding to Planned Parenthood to be included in the federal budget.”

We already know the cozy relationship Valerie Jarrett has to Planned Parenthood (see here)

In 2009, executive director of the council, Tina Tchen, who was also the director of the White House Office of Public Engagement, welcomed over 400 Planned Parenthood staff and supporters in the opening session of the Planned Parenthood 2009 Organizing and Policy Summit.
