Ohio Pro-lifers to deliver empty baby outfits in Capital to push Heartbeat Bill
According to Janet Porter, founder of Faith 2 Action, pro-lifers will be delivering 70 empty baby outfits, which represent the actual of unborn children that would be saved each day if Ohio were to pass the Heartbeat Bill.
Porter says there will be a rally and press conference Wednesday, September 17th, at the Ohio Statehouse on High Street at 10 a.m. until 1:00 p.m, and will include Porter and many area pastors:
The group’s message to Governor Kasich states:
“Every day in Ohio, 70 babies with beating hearts are brutally killed by abortion–something you pledged to END (not just regulate). These are not statistics. They are real babies who will fill these clothes if only you will call upon the legislature to pass the Heartbeat Bill for you to sign into law. Please make protecting these babies a top priority before the election. The price of inaction is far too high.”
The Heartbeat law would protect unborn children from abortion at the point a heartbeat can be detected.
