Meet Abortionist Tyrone Malloy

A DeKalb County abortion provider has been convicted of Medicaid fraud and will be serving years in prison.

Following a guilty verdict by a jury earlier this week, DeKalb Superior Court Judge C. J. Becker sentenced abortionist Tyrone Cecil Malloy, M.D., to four years in prison and six years probation on two counts of Medicaid Fraud, Friday March 21, 2014,

Malloy was the owner of Old National Gynecology abortion clinic which performed first-trimester abortions. According to authorities, for several years, Malloy engaged in a scheme to defraud Georgia Medicaid by billing for office visits associated with abortions and for ultrasound procedures which were never performed. In total, he fraudulently billed Georgia Medicaid for over $386,000.

In a press release, the Attorney General, explained that Federal funds may not be used to pay for abortions and services associated with abortions, except in circumstances under which the pregnancy is a result of rape or incest or circumstances under which continuation of the pregnancy would endanger the life of the mother. The Georgia Medicaid program is supported by state and federal tax dollars.

The judge will hold a restitution hearing at a later date to determine the exact amount of restitution Malloy will be ordered to pay the Georgia Department of Community Health.

On March 21, 2008, 23 year old Sherika Mayo, went to Summit Medical Associates in Atlanta, Georgia for the elective abortion of her 25 week unborn child. After the abortion, while in the recovery room, the woman went into cardiac arrest and was transferred to Atlanta Medical Center where she underwent a hysterectomy and bowel repair. Medical records indicate that vigorous blood product replacement was undertaken, but the women coded in the I.C.U. where she died. The Georgia State Medical Board reviewed the case and determined that the abortionist, Tyrone Malloy, “failed to conform to minimal standards of acceptable and prevailing medical practice.” His license was reprimanded and while he was ordered to pay a $10,000.00 fine, he was allowed to continue practicing and performing abortions.

A Search for Malloy uncovers his resume reveals he is linked to other abortion clinics:

Did your fact search also find that Dr. Tyrone Malloy served honorably in the U.S. Army as a medical doctor? And in that capacity he saved countless lives.

Did your fact search further find evidence of the many, many newborn live births delivered by Dr. Malloy? I know because Dr. Malloy delivered my son, who today is 28years old and a successful professional and contributor to our nation, indeed, a global citizen. Thank you to Dr. Malloy.

So if you are going to report then I ask that you provide evidence of Tyrone Malloy — who is a man of God, and a physician. Don’t just give stats that support your belief or claim. That is called dishonesty in research and in reporting.

First of all, no one who kills unborn babies can be a “man of God.” Secondly, if you want “proof” of Malloy’s actions, I believe I did a good job of documenting Malloy’s troubles. Perhaps you should re-read this blog post. Thirdly, I am glad Malloy did not kill your son in the womb, unfortunately, that is not the case for many of the other unborn children he aborted.
