When parents cannot advise children to take the most responsible path based on their circumstances, then the government or allied health programs fill the gap just as most nations in the world today.

When parents cannot advise children to take the most responsible path based on their circumstances, then the government or allied health programs fill the gap just as most nations in the world today.
