Planned Parenthood wants you to PRAY FOR ABORTION
Planned Parenthood wants you to PRAY FOR ABORTION (Here)
Planned Parenthood’s Six Rivers center’s Clergy for Choice is sponsoring “40 Days of Prayer and Contemplation,” asking pro-abortion members to pray for the right to kill unborn children. In a brochure of “suggested prayers” the blasphemous organizations suggests you do the following:
Day 18: Today we pray for all the staff at abortion clinics around the nation. May they be daily confirmed in the sacred care that they offer women.
Day 27: Today we give thanks for abortion providers around the nation whose concern for women is the driving force in their lives.
Day 40: Today we give thanks and celebrate that abortion is still safe and legal.

Nancy Dye, MPH, Ph.D the Convener of Clergy for Choice, a member of St. Alban’s Episcopal Church in Bayside, and a former member of the Six Rivers Planned Parenthood board of directors wrote this is an op-ed about their events: “During the Rally for Choice that took place outside the Courthouse in Eureka on Feb. 27, I attempted to distribute a flier announcing the upcoming second annual “40 Days of Prayer and Contemplation” co-sponsored by Clergy for Choice and Six Rivers Planned Parenthood (see story at left).
Mistakenly, I’d assumed that fellow demonstrators who had read my poster (”Pro-Faith, Pro-Family, Pro-Choice”) would accept the flier from me. Instead, it appeared the words “Prayer” and “40 Days” put people off. It saddens me that a word like prayer can make someone step away and turn their back. I believe this reaction is more common than it used to be and that, oftentimes, it relates to the polarizing religious messages that so dominate the media.”
