See for yourself:

PP4NY – a group of Planned Parenthood offices in and around New York City partnered with See3 to develop and launch a campaign designed to start a long-term conversation with at-risk teens. Dubbed “Now U Know,” this campaign was designed to get in the New York City area to enter into a conversation with local Planned Parenthood affiliates about their sexual health, access to sexual health care and services offered at Planned Parenthood clinics. Using humorous online video like “It Burns Down There” PPNY started a story, and got the teens to text in to find out what happened:

Erica Sackin, a veteran of Planned Parenthood and the digital outreach lead for Obama for America

Sackin told Current, “So my title was digital outreach lead, but I, along with Greg Greene at the DNC [Democratic National Committee] and for the last few months of the campaign Melissa Ryan from the New Organizing Institute, were talking with progressive bloggers and nontraditional online outlets: political bloggers, people on Twitter, popular Tumblrs, Reddit, really anyone influential online.

The idea behind this was that there’s no longer a single place people get their news or follow a news story. They watch TV and read the paper, but they also share a funny website their friend sent them, retweet a joke they see on Twitter, email a video clip, post a picture with text on Facebook.”

Wired refers to Sackin as a Obama Campaign Staffer here

As a Side note: Planned Parenthood of New York Former Board Member Vincent I Ahonkhai MD, was also a Doctor for Obama in ’08, see his membership on these 990’s here and here

Sackin was formerly with Planned Parenthood of New York City.

Sackin had a less than serious response, after a series of Undercover Videos shot by the Group , Live Action, which showed a Live Action investigator telling employees of a Planned Parenthood business in the Bronx that he’s in a sex business involving young teenage girls, some of whom speak no English, and wanted advice on obtaining abortions for any of the girls who may be pregnant or may get pregnant while working. One video showed Amy Woodruff, manager of a Planned Parenthood abortion business in Perth Amboy, N.J., advising undercover Live Action investigators how they could get around laws that limit access to abortion and contraception by minors. Just as in New York, the investigators had presented themselves as managers of a sex-trade business involving young teenage girls.

The video and investigation received this response by the Obama Campaigner, after Live Action caught employees in New York giving advice to the “pimp” actor as well who were NOT fired:

Erica Sackin, media relations coordinator for Planned Parenthood of New York, said no disciplinary action is expected as a result of the latest Live Action video.

“We firmly believe these accusations by Live Action are false,” Sackin said. “We believe they are misleading and inaccurate, and that the video was highly edited.”
A written statement provided by Sackin said “teen health and safety is our top priority.”

“Had the teens in question come into our center, they would have met with a licensed social worker,” the statement said. “All teens coming into Planned Parenthood of New York City are screened for child abuse and neglect. All teens who disclose abuse meet with a licensed social worker, who records and reports the abuse.

But- then Planned Parenthood is all about the BIG BUCKS as would appear from their reports:

Planned Parenthood received $349.6 million in tax dollars in the fiscal year ending on June 30, 2008, and $363.2 MILLION Dollars on Government Grants ( Tax Dollars) in 2009– that is ONE MILLION DOLLARS PER DAY of taxpayer money !!!

Cecile Richards; Planned Parenthood President

Planned Parenthood then took those hard earned dollars away from poor and middle class hard working people and it paid its president, Cecile Richards, $385,163, plus another $11,876 in benefits and deferred compensation. ( View 2008 990 here )

The $385,163 in pay Planned Parenthood President Richards received in the organization’s fiscal year ending June 30, 2008 was recorded in the group’s publicly available Internal Revenue Service Form 990 filed for that year.

Richards also received $346,285 in total compensation from Planned Parenthood and $38,476 in total compensation from related groups in the organization’s fiscal year that ended on June 30, 2009, according to the organization’s Form 990 for that year. In a 2010 PPFA 990, Cecile Richards reported earning $319,245 from PPFA and $35,471 from related PP organizations

What you may not know is how much money , in a time of economic depression, Cecile Richards and her crew at Planned Parenthood are making, paid for by hard working American Tax Payers like me and you. More Here

Does abortion reduce welfare costs?

Posted in Abortion Welfare with tags , , , , , , , , , on November 28, 2012 by saynsumthn

by Brian Clowes Tue Nov 27, 2012 11:29 EST

November 27, 2012 (HLIWorldWatch.org) – Supporters of the Culture of Death tend to lack foresight, and do not seem to possess even a rudimentary understanding of human nature. These defects inevitably lead to many cases of the “law of unintended consequences.”1

One good example of this principle is the ongoing effort by population control groups to flood Africa with condoms in an attempt to stem the HIV/AIDS epidemic. Condom manufacturers refuse to publicize their high failure rate, however, and so African nations where more condoms are used have much higher rates of HIV/AIDS than those nations whose people widely reject their use.2

Another example of this lack of foresight is the claim that, when the State pays for a poor woman’s abortion, it saves a lot of money by avoiding the costs of a delivery and another child added to the welfare system. In fact, this is one of the most persuasive arguments offered by pro abortionists in support of Medicaid funding of abortion.

In support of this belief, pro-abortionists grossly exaggerate the costs incurred by a child on welfare. They began using this tactic in their battle against the Hyde Amendment, which banned most federal funding of abortion. Senator Charles H. Percy (R Ill.) testified, “If we can avoid a $100,000 cost for a $200 [abortion] investment ― and make a humanitarian investment at the same time ― what sense does it make to say, `We cannot afford $200 for this expenditure [for an abortion]?’”3

Leaders of the pro-abortion movement sometimes accidentally reveal the naked racism behind these comments. Notorious California abortionist Edward Allred said, “When a sullen Black woman of 17 or 18 can decide to have a baby and get welfare and food stamps and become a burden to all of us, it’s time to stop. In parts of South Los Angeles, having babies for welfare is the only industry these people have.”4

Of course none of this is new, and abortion is not the only weapon targeting poor women in the United States in the name of cost-cutting. Donald Kimelman of the Philadelphia Inquirer revealed the true goal of our domestic population controllers in a 1990 article ominously entitled “Poverty and Norplant: Can Contraception Reduce the Underclass?” He wrote:

As we read these two stories [about Norplant and Black poverty], we asked ourselves: Dare we mention them in the same breath? To do so might be considered deplorably insensitive, perhaps raising the specter of eugenics. But it would be worse to avoid drawing the logical conclusion that foolproof contraception could be invaluable in breaking the cycle of inner city poverty ― one of America’s greatest challenges.

Kimelman went on to suggest that welfare mothers could be implanted with Norplant for free and perhaps receive increased welfare benefits as a reward.5 And speaking of unintended consequences, Norplant was later banned by the FDA for the harm it caused women, resulting in a massive class action lawsuit against Norplant’s producer.
It seems reasonable to ask why, if Kimelman was truly concerned about poverty in general, did he not also recommend the use of Norplant for poor White women?

Others asked this same question. Vanessa Williams, president of the Philadelphia chapter of the National Association of Black Journalists, called Kimelman’s article, “A tacit endorsement of slow genocide.”6 Four days after Kimelman’s article, Inquirer columnist Steve Lopez sarcastically suggested that contraception would not reduce the underclass quite as fast as “just shooting them.” The Inquirer quickly apologized for Kimelman’s article after a wave of complaints. But the racist and eugenicist thinking of many of those who want to “help” poor women had been exposed once again.

Abortion As Human Culling

Kimelman was not the only journalist to step on his tongue after the introduction of Norplant. Anthony Bouza, former Minneapolis Police Chief and columnist for the Minneapolis Star Tribune, wrote an editorial with the oxymoronic title “A Mother’s Day Wish: Make Abortion Available to All Women.”

He described the “at risk” population as “poor, Black and Indian,” and said that their offspring are “marked for failure.” He went on to say:

When abortions are illegal, poor women deliver and keep their babies. Then they plunk them in front of a TV set, watch them get abused and conditioned to violence by parades of males, and expose them to all the factors the criminologists describe as the precursors to a life of crime … Making abortions freely available to the impoverished young women who produce our criminals is very likely the most important crime prevention measure adopted in this country in the last 25 years.7

If Bouza’s allegation is true ― that abortion is our “most important crime prevention measure” ― why are 7.2 million adults in prison or on parole or probation, 3.1 percent of all adults in the entire population?8 This is a fourfold increase since the Roe v. Wade decision in 1973, when only 0.8 percent of all adults in the United States were subject to the criminal justice system. If abortion is so effective at fighting crime, why does the United States possess the dubious distinction of having the largest percentage of its population imprisoned among all the countries of the world, including the former Soviet Union, Cuba, and South Africa?

Don’t expect answers to these questions from abortion advocates ― especially pro abortion journalists. They have a very big axe to grind, and nobody had better bother them with the facts.

Taking the Long View

Obviously, an abortion does indeed cost much less than delivery and care for a baby, but as always, the pro-abortion view is extremely short-sighted and completely neglects the future benefits to society provided by a child over his or her lifetime.

To begin with, pro-abortionists invariably assume that welfare children will be “on the dole” until they are eighteen. However, less than five percent of all children born into welfare families will remain on welfare until they are adults. In fact, the average period of welfare dependency for a child is just two years.9

A first-trimester Medicaid abortion currently costs about $515.10 By comparison, the cost of all kinds of public assistance for a child, including prenatal care, delivery and postnatal care, and two years of all types of public assistance for the child is about $22,300.11 So, at first glance, abortion seems to be a very good financial deal indeed for the long-suffering taxpayer.

But hold it ― not so fast. What about the future benefits that a child generates during his or her lifetime?

The Federal, state and local taxes paid by a child and his or her employers during 30 years in the work force amount to about $955,900.12

Pro-abortionists consider only the short-term benefits to the State, which is the difference between the cost of caring for a child and the cost of an abortion, which is ($22,300 – $515), or $21,785; but the long-term benefit to the State of paying for the child’s delivery and care is ($955,900 – $22,300), or $933,600. In other words, the State pays on average $22,300 and gets $955,900 back, a benefit-cost ratio of 43.8 dollars received for every one dollar spent, which is a very good deal indeed.

But this is not the only part of the equation. We must also consider that each person continuously generates wealth during his working career and consumes goods and services that help support the livelihoods of many other people. At current levels, this sum amounts to an average of about $2,764,000 per person.13

Therefore, we see that every person aborted costs society at large a total of about $3,720,000. So, for every single dollar spent on a Medicaid-funded abortion, society loses ($3,720,000/$515) = more than $7,200.

Does anyone other than hardcore abortion advocates think that this is a fiscally sensible or responsible position to take?.

1 This term originated when the occupying British government became concerned about the proliferation of venomous cobras in Indian urban areas. The government offered a reward for every dead snake brought in, and people began breeding the cobras for extra income. When the British learned of this practice, they discontinued the reward. The breeders then released their thousands of cobras, resulting in the problem being much worse than it was before.

Judge: School cannot force student to wear RFID which she said conditions students to accept the “mark of the beast”

The Northside Independent School District in San Antonio, Texas, has launched a program, the “Student Locator Project,” aimed ostensibly at increasing public funding for the district by increasing student attendance rates. As part of the pilot program, roughly 4,200 students at Jay High School and Jones Middle School are being required to wear “SmartID” card badges embedded with an RFID tracking chip which will actively broadcast a signal at all times.

Although the schools already boast 290 surveillance cameras, the cards will make it possible for school officials to track students’ whereabouts on campus at all times. School officials hope to expand the program to the district’s 112 schools, with a student population of 100,000. Although implementation of the system will cost $500,000, school administrators are hoping that if the school district is able to increase attendance by tracking the students’ whereabouts, they will be rewarded with up to $1.7 million from the state government.

High school sophomore Andrea Hernandez, a Christian, expressed her sincere religious objections to being forced to participate in the RFID program. Reportedly, Hernandez was informed by school officials that “there will be consequences for refusal to wear an ID card.” For example, students who refuse to take part in the ID program won’t be able to access essential services like the cafeteria and library, nor will they be able to purchase tickets to extracurricular activities.

Hernandez was prevented from voting for Homecoming King and Queen after school officials refused to verify her identity using her old, conventional student ID card. According to Hernandez, teachers are even requiring students to wear the IDs when they want to use the bathroom. School officials offered to quietly remove the tracking chip from Andrea’s card if the sophomore would agree to wear the new ID without the imbedded RFID chip so as to give the appearance of participation in the Student Locator Project. Andrea refused this offer.

CBN Reports: A judge has told the Texas high school it cannot remove a student because she refused to wear a “Smart ID” tracking badge.

John Jay High School‘s Science and Engineering Academy requires students to wear badges with tracking chips in them.

Student Andrea Hernandez said she believes it conditions students to one day accept what the Bible’s book of Revelation calls the “mark of the beast.”

“There is something fundamentally disturbing about this school district’s insistence on steamrolling students into complying with programs that have nothing whatsoever to do with academic priorities and everything to do with fattening school coffers,” said John W. Whitehead, president of The Rutherford Institute. “What is more disturbing is the big picture, that this is a test project which may well spread through the country. We may soon see other students being punished in the same way as Andrea Hernandez.”

The Parents were defended by the Rutherford Institute

“This is not ‘the great economy’ like the U.S. economy or the economy of Texas, it’s the economy of John Jay High School,” Hernandez told CBN News in October. “But you’re still not allowed to participate in it unless you have this thing.”

The judge ruled in Hernandez’s favor. ( Original Petition here)

Meanwhile: The ‘hacktivist’ group Anonymous has claimed responsibility for taking down the website of a San Antonio’s Northside Independent School District in retaliation for requiring students to wear badges with Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) chips.

The website for San Antonio’s Northside Independent School District was unavailable at times throughout the weekend and into Monday, reports RT.com.

It appears that such RFID student tracking systems are becoming an actual market. The systems are popularly known as “Tag and Track,” are being sold to schools system across the country by a variety of vendors, including AIM Truancy Solutions, ID Card Group and DataCard.

Houston, it turns out, has had such a RFID system deployed since all the way back in 2004. Austin also has a program, but it is not mandatory. Baltimore’s school system has also deployed a system, and the Anaheim district is testing the system. The Palos Heights School District in Illinois has implemented the program with RFID tags attached to a student’s back pack. How widespread these student tracking systems beyond these and a few others is not clear.

It does not appear that these other programs have generated much public protest, with the exception of Brittan Elementary School in Sutter, CA, where a system implemented in the mid-2000s was uninstalled over some protests and legal action by the ACLU.

Beyond tracking in the schools, the technology allows a school district, for example, to send automatic “wake-up calls” to students not found to have made the opening bell – but some are taking the systems even further, generating fears from some about the reach of these systems.

For example, on Long Island, NY, Bay Shore students designated overweight or obese are being equipped with a wristwatch-like devices that count heartbeats, detect motion and even track students’ sleeping habits. Wow.

The Electronic Freedom Foundation has issued a statement warning about such a possible slippery slope.

“An RFID chip allows for far more than that minimal record-keeping,” the organization says. “Instead, it provides the potential for nearly constant monitoring of a child’s physical location.” It asks: “If RFID records show a child moving around a lot, could she be tagged as hyperactive? If he doesn’t move around a lot, could he get a reputation for laziness?”

Mary Maschmeier, the director of Defenders of the Unborn, emailed LifeNews photos of the botched abortion patient and commented on what happened.

“A short time later on this Saturday Jan. 19, 2013, an ambulance arrived at the abortion mill to transport a Hispanic women to an area hospital at 11:00 a.m. She was followed by the baby’s father. He was unwilling to talk to us,” she explained. “Since Nov. the day after Thanksgiving three women have been taken to an area hospital. This is safe and legal procedure? How many more women will be harmed at this mill before the authorities take action? As you see in the pictures the woman was covered up.”

Delaware February 2013

Planned Parenthood Delaware2013Sunday, a woman was taken by stretcher out the back of Planned Parenthood in Wilmington to a local emergency medical center following a botched abortion. She was loaded into a St. Francis Hospital ambulance, according to Rae Stabosz of Newark, Delaware…It was the third such event witnessed by pro-lifers in a two-year period.

St. Louis, DECEMBER 2012
Operation Rescue is reporting that

StlPP-12262012For the third time since Thanksgiving, a Planned Parenthood abortion clinic in St. Louis, Missouri, has transported a woman to the hospital for emergency care, making it one of the most dangerous abortion clinics in the nation.

On December 26, at approximately 9:30 a.m., an ambulance was photographed by local activists loading a Planned Parenthood patient into an ambulance. The ambulance was accompanied by two police cruisers.

St. Louis November 21, 2012

Paramedics arrived at the abortion clinic at approximately 2:45 p.m. on November 21, 2012, and removed the patient from the building with her face covered with a cloth.

This is the eighteenth medical emergency that Operation Rescue has documented at Planned Parenthood abortion clinics nationwide since January, 2011, including another botched abortion at this same St. Louis Planned Parenthood on February 12, 2011. ( More here)

Indianapolis, IN November 2, 2012

H/T – Operation Rescue:

Indianapolis, IN – An ambulance was called to transport a woman in the middle of a second-trimester abortion to the hospital from a Planned Parenthood abortion clinic in Indianapolis, Indiana, on November 2, 2012, after the abortionist refused to continue the procedure. The emergency was classified a Priority E, which reserved for the most severe cases.

Operation Rescue has obtained the 911 recording and Computer Aided Dispatch transcript of the incident where a female caller is heard evading the dispatcher’s questions about the condition of the woman, who was in her fourteenth week of pregnancy. The dispatcher was forced to ask the Planned Parenthood employee four times what was wrong with the patient.

Dispatcher: Dispatcher: Ma’am, can you be specific? What’s the problem with the patient? Is the patient conscious?
Planned Parenthood Caller: Yes.
Dispatcher: Is the patient breathing okay?
Planned Parenthood Caller: Yes, she’s fine.
Dispatcher: Okay, then what does she need the ambulance for?

Denver, Co. October 26, 2012

H/T – Operation Rescue:

An ambulance was called to a Planned Parenthood abortion clinic in Denver, Colorado, on October 26, 2012, and transported a hemorrhaging woman to a local hospital, according to a 911 Computer Aided Dispatch Transcript released to Operation Rescue by local pro-life activists.

In Denver, the heavily redacted CAD Transcript indicates that a woman was transported from Planned Parenthood using Code 2, which denotes a serious, but not immediately life-threatening condition. Operation Rescue recently reported on a law suit filed against Planned Parenthood in Birmingham, Alabama, where a woman suffered from a ruptured ectopic pregnancy after an unwarranted abortion. Operation Rescue filed a formal complaint against the abortionist responsible in that case.

Operation Rescue released a video on October 19, 2012, with photos and 911 recordings documenting 14 such medical emergencies at Planned Parenthood clinics over the past 22 months. Since then, in addition to the Colorado incident, one other medical emergency has surfaced, this time at a Planned Parenthood abortion clinic in Hempstead, New York, which took place in March, 2012. BOSTON MASS: 2011

A lawsuit filed on September 5, 2012, shows evidence that Planned Parenthood of Boston botched an abortion on a patient that caused her to be transported to a local hospital three hours later. This is the third known medical emergency at Planned Parenthood of Boston since January of last year.

According to the lawsuit, Melissa Cullen received a suction abortion at Planned Parenthood. Three hours after her release from the abortion clinic, Cullen blacked out from an “extreme loss of blood” and fell, hitting her face. She suffered a concussion, a sprained neck, two broken teeth, and a gash on her chin. She also claims to now suffer from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.

After fainting, Cullen was transported to Massachusetts General Hospital where she was told by physicians that “the abortion had been done wrong” according to court documents, which were hand-written by the plaintiff. Cullen is seeking $100,000 in damages.

In separate incidents, pro-life activists documented ambulances transporting women from this same Planned Parenthood abortion clinic on January 7, 2011, and July 7, 2012.

HOUSTON TX :

This incident comes on the heels of another one at a Planned Parenthood in Houston.

Pro-lifers in Houston post audio of a 911 call made by Planned Parenthood in August. On the emergency call, Planned Parenthood tells 911 they have a patient who is hemorrhaging and that there is a “crash cart” on scene.

Pro-life activists documented the incident with photos and video. (See above)

PP claims that abortion is safe, and they claim that abortion empowers women. This picture shows the ugly truth, and shows the real war on women. We must continue to stand up against PP’s deadly agenda and their lies.

BOISE ID:

Operation Rescue: Boise, ID – An ambulance arrived at the Planned Parenthood abortion clinic in Boise, Idaho, this afternoon and transported a woman to St. Luke’s Hospital in Boise where she was admitted to the Emergency Room. The cause of the medical emergency and condition of the woman is currently unknown; however, activists confirm that abortions were performed today at that Planned Parenthood facility.

CHICAGO IL

And in July of 2012, A women bled to death after an abortion at a Chicago Planned Parenthood

The family of a Chicago woman who died after an abortion at Planned Parenthood says it wants answers about her death.

Tonya Reaves, 24, died late Friday July 20th night from a hemorrhage, with a cervical dilation and evacuation, as well as an intrauterine pregnancy as contributing causes, according to the medical examiner’s office. She died after she’d had an abortion at Planned Parenthood at 18 S. Michigan Av, according to the medical examiner’s office.

Life Dynamics president, Mark Crutcher, is calling on Cook County Illinois State’s Attorney, Anita Alvarez, to immediately launch an investigation into the death of Tonya Reaves. He says the investigation is necessary to determine if criminal charges are warranted under the state’s “depraved indifference murder” statutes.

What is now known is that the Planned Parenthood abortionist ripped a hole in Ms. Reaves’ uterus and she began to hemorrhage. It is also known that the Planned Parenthood staff let her lie there for over five hours before they called an ambulance.

Operation Rescue has posted the gruesome Medical Examiners Report of the Reaves death from Planned Parenthood here

Maurice Stevenson’s wife died of a blood infection in 2002 after undergoing an abortion at Planned Parenthood.

The Chicago Tribune asked Planned Parenthood about the death of Stevenson’s wife and they told the Tribune they could not confirm whether they had reported the 2002 death of Stevenson’s wife, only that it had reported the 2008 death of another patient.

ST LOUIS MO

ST. LOUIS MO:

In Feb of 2011, Emergency responders removed a patient from a Planned Parenthood abortion clinic in St. Louis, Missouri, on Saturday morning and rushed her to the emergency room at Barnes-Jewish-Christian Hospital.

A witness, pro-life sidewalk counselor Marty Bennet, took over a dozen photos of the dramatic incident as the woman was wheeled out the clinic and into an awaiting ambulance. Photos showed that the woman’s head was covered and that there was no IV bag or any other sign of ongoing emergency care. There was no evidence that any Planned Parenthood staff member accompanied her to the hospital.

Bennet left a note offering assistance on the vehicle that accompanied the ambulance to the hospital. Later, the husband of the botched abortion victim contacted him to thank him for his concerns. He indicated that his wife is in stable condition.

“From June 2009 until April 2010, nine ambulances have been at Planned Parenthood and each time a client was transported to Barnes Hospital,” said Bennet in a written statement. “Is this safe medical care?”

Sioux City, IA

Local pro-life advocates providing abortion alternatives information to women outside the Planned Parenthood of the Heartland abortion facility in Sioux City, Iowa noted that, at 1:30 p.m. local time yesterday, an ambulance responded to an emergency call from Planned Parenthood. Once it arrived at the abortion clinic, the ambulance transported a patient to a local hospital.

WILMINGTON, DE

NAPLES, FL

May of 2010: A patient at a Florida Planned Parenthood was rushed to a local emergency room by ambulance Monday, Naples Daily News reported.

Officials could not confirm if the patient had an abortion do to privacy laws, but the facility schedules and performs abortions on Mondays.

“We had a medical call and just transported someone to the hospital for evaluation,” Cherie Wilson-Watson, spokeswoman for Collier County Emergency Medical Services said.
The president and chief executive officer of Planned Parenthood, Char Wendel, said she could not say whether the emergency was related to an abortion.

ORANGE COUNTY CA

Sept of 2009: Local pro-life advocates in southern California say that a Planned Parenthood abortion business there may have injured women on two separate occasions in botched abortions. They have photographed ambulances taking women from the abortion facility twice in the last month.

On September 16, 2009, pro-life observed and photographed an ambulance responding to a medical emergency at a Planned Parenthood abortion center at 700 Tustin Dr. in Orange, California. Ten days later, a different group of pro-life supporters observed and photographed another emergency transport by ambulance from the same abortion facility.

St Louis MO

Nichole Williams, age 22 and the mother of three, went to Reproductive Health Services in St. Louis for a first-trimester abortion on April 25, 1997. Reproductive Health is run by Planned Parenthood of St. Louis, and the abortion was performed by Dr. Robert Crist, who is their medical director. Before the abortion was completed, Dr. Crist noticed that Nichole was having breathing difficulties. He finished the procedure and instructed staff to call for an ambulance. She was taken to Barnes-Jewish Hospital where she would die later that day. Nichole was the third woman to die after having an abortion by Dr. Crist. LINCOLN NE:

A woman was sent to a local hospital in Lincoln, Nebraska after a botched abortion at a Planned Parenthood facility. The unnamed woman suffered unknown complications from the abortion, but the problems were serious enough to transport her to a medical center and shut down Planned Parenthood’s operations. The incident occurred on Thursday morning and saw the woman loaded into an ambulance outside Planned Parenthood at about 10:45 a.m. She was transported to Bryan LGH East Medical Center, according to pro-life advocate Pam McCabe of Lincoln Right to Life, who snapped photos of the incident. McCabe indicates abortion practitioner C.J. La Benz followed the ambulance to the hospital.

AURORA ILL

In April of 2011 – pro-lifers witnessed an ambulance at a Planned Parenthood in Aurora, Ill. The account was documented as follows, “The EMTs leaped out of the ambulance and ran into the side door of the facility—a door I’d never seen used in the nearly four years I’ve been protesting and praying outside this clinic. Shortly afterward, one, two and finally three Aurora police cars sped into the lot and set up a sort of perimeter around the ambulance. A few minutes later, the EMTs came back out with a gurney and, as is their habit, Planned Parenthood’s employees’ first priority was to hold up a sheet over their victim so nobody could see what they had done to her. It never ceases to amaze me how keeping their dirty little secrets secret takes first priority over everything else, even getting this poor girl into the ambulance quicker.”

OLD TOWN, ILL

In March of 2011 a pro-lifer at a 40 Days for Life vigil snapped a few pictures of the ambulance just outside the door of a Planned Parenthood in Old Town, ILL The pro-lifer stated:
I took a picture of the fire truck and police SUV flanking the corner, and I took a picture of the ambulance with the front door in view. I put my phone away when they brought the poor woman out. … She was sitting in one of those collapsible wheelchairs ambulances carry. She had a towel over her lower body but was not fully covered (the sides of her legs were visible; she was not wearing pants), and her sitting position made me worry she might have still been mid-procedure.

Planned Parenthood is an organization which cares more for their Janitors than the women they serve !!!!

John McCain to pro-lifers ‘leave the issue alone’

Posted in Republican, RINO with tags , , , , , , , on November 27, 2012 by saynsumthn

2012 Republican Party Platform states:
The Sanctity and Dignity of Human Life
“Faithful to the “self-evident” truths enshrined in the Declaration of Independence, we assert the sanctity of human life and affirm that the unborn child has a fundamental individual right to life which cannot be infringed. We support a human life amendment to the Constitution and endorse legislation to make clear that the Fourteenth Amendment’s protections apply to unborn children.”

So why did Senator John McCain, go on the Chris Wallace show and state this?

“I can state my position on abortion, but other than that, leave the issue alone, when we are in the kind of economic situation and, frankly, national security situation we’re in.”

Senator John McCain is dead wrong here and it is no wonder he was NOT elected !

Republicans have always been deep into abortion and this is yet another example of how they throw the babies under the bus:

Case in point is Republican Richard Nixon’s Abortion Views:

Nixon was enthusiastic about a federal family planning initiative for low-income women that he declared it a “national goal” in 1969 before signing Title X into law. President George H.W. Bush earned the nickname “Rubbers” as a congressman for his passion for increasing access to contraception.

It is my view that no American woman should be denied access to family planning assistance because of her economic condition. I believe, therefore that we should establish as a national goal the provision of adequate family planning services within the next five years to all those who want them but cannot afford them. This we have the capacity to do.
~
President Richard Nixon, 1969

Nixon stressed that under “no circumstances” would birth control activities be allowed to “infringe upon the religious or personal wishes and freedom of any individual.”

Nixon then recommended a “Commission on Population Growth and the American Future” . The bill authorizing this new initiative had been passed with overwhelming support from Congressional Democrats and was chaired by John Rockefeller. The Executive Director of the project was to be Dr. Charles F. Westoff who was also a member of both the American Eugenics Society and Planned Parenthood’s National Advisory Council.

According to the documentary film Maafa21, Nixon would label birth control a national priority and sign legislation to make it available as a service of the U.S. government. Then in March of 1972, the Commission on Population Growth and the American Future which Nixon had created three years earlier began calling for the nationwide legalization of abortion.

This Commission and move was applauded by former Planned Parenthood vice president Fredrick Jaffe.

In 1968, Jaffe founded the PPFA Center for Family Planning Program Development, which later became the Guttmacher Institute, Planned Parenthood’s research arm. Alan F. Guttmacher, for whom the institute is named, was the president of the Planned Parenthood Federation of America and a leader in the International Planned Parenthood Federation in the 1960s and early 1970s. At the time this memo was created, there was talk of poisoning water supplies with birth control chemicals without the consent or knowledge of consumers – to the point that upon resistance, “involuntary control must be imposed.” ( Read Jaffe’s Memo advocating this here)

In 1971, during public hearings of the Commission on Population Growth and the American Future, the Rev.Jesse Jackson stated, “Birth Control as a National policy will simply marshal sophisticated methods to remove ( and control when not remove) the weak, the poor – quite likely the black and other minorities whose relative increase in population threatens the white caste in this nation. Contraceptives, will become a form of drug warfare against the helpless in this nation. Those who we could not get rid of in the rice paddies of Viet-Nam we now propose to exterminate, if necessary, eliminate if possible, in the OB wards and gynecology clinics of our urban hospitals. The direct extension of the old “man-in-the-house” rule against public aid recipients can be detected in the drive for birth control…” ( Source: Statements at public hearings of the Commission on Population Growth and the American Future as quoted in: Genocide? Birth Control and the Black American by Robert G. Weisbord, Greenwoor Press, 1972 ; P. 165)

Previously released Nixon tapes show Nixon wanted abortion for Racist reasons ( From the documentary on Black Genocide: Maafa21.
)

Although the quality of the recordings are poor, Nixon and an aide held a conversation recorded on January 23, 1973, discussing that day’s Supreme Court’s decisions in Roe v. Wade and Doe v. Bolton.

NIXON Tape #697-29

Nixon: “A majority of people in Colorado voted for abortion, I think a majority of people in Michigan are for abortion, I think in both cases, well, certainly in Michigan they will vote for it because they think that what’s going to be aborted generally are the little black bastards.”

NIXON TAPE 700-10

Nixon: ” … as I told you and we talked about it earlier, that a hell of a lot of people want to control all the Negro bastards.”

Unidentified Staff: “Yeah

Nixon: “Isn’t that really true?

Nixon: “You know what we are talking about – Population Control?”

Unidentified Staff: “Sure

Nixon: “We’re talking really – and what John Rockefeller really realizes – look, the people in what we call the “our class” control their populations. Sometimes they’ll have a family of six, or seven, or eight, or nine, but it’s an exception.”

Unidentified Staff: Sure.

Nixon: “People who don’t control their families are people in- the people who shouldn’t have kids.”

President Nixon formed the Population Commission which was headed by eugenics members.

“We need to make population and
family planning household words.
We need to take sensationalism out
of this topic so that it can no longer
be used by militants who have no
real knowledge of the voluntary
nature of the program but, rather
are using it as a political
steppingstone. If family planning is
anything, it is a public health matter.”
~ Congressman George H.W. Bush, 1969

Bush Senior created the National Center for Population and Family Planning in the Department of Health Education and Welfare also know as HEW. “Population Control and Family Planning is to important to giggle about now“, said Bush Sr. in 1969. Bush Sr’s interest in family planning started with his activity with Planned Parenthood in Houston.

A 1913 letter written by Theodore Roosevelt to American Eugenics Society founder, Charles Davenport, Roosevelt writes, “society has no business to permit degenerates to reproduce their kind. ..Some day we will realize that the prime duty the inescapable duty of the good citizen of the right type is to leave his or her blood behind him in the world; and that we have no business to permit the perpetuation of citizens of the wrong type.”

In 1965, former Republican President, Dwight Eisenhower, complained that the United States was spending money to slow the population growth of responsible families while at the same time providing financial incentives for ignorant, feebleminded and lazy people to have more babies. He said that history would rightly condemn the United States if we didn’t link welfare to family-planning.

At that time, Eisenhower was the co-chairman of a Planned Parenthood fund-raising campaign along with former Democratic President, Harry S. Truman.
