Pro-lifer harassed at election polls

Columbus, OH – October 25, 2012 – On Wednesday, October 24, 2012, Richard Justman, a retired carpenter and Christian activist, was once again harassed by board of elections and city of Columbus officials for exercising his first amendment right to display signs on a public easement in front of the Franklin County Early Voting Center located at 1700 Morse Rd. For weeks now, vans and trucks bearing signs other than Mr. Justman’s have been permitted.

On Monday, October 22, Justman was threatened with arrest for legally parking his van and truck bearing pro-life and pro-family signs outside the 100 foot no-campaigning zone at the Franklin County’s early-voting center.
