Obama’s War on Women

Operation Rescue has released a video that contrasts statements made by Pres. Barack Obama in support of tax-funding of Planned Parenthood with actual images and 911 audio from 14 documented medical emergencies – including one avoidable patient death – that have taken place at Planned Parenthood abortion clinics since January, 2011.

“This powerful video shows how Obama’s policy of funding Planned Parenthood with public tax dollars is actually working to harm women,” said Troy Newman, President of Operation Rescue and Pro-Life Nation. “Obama continues to promote and support Planned Parenthood on the campaign trail and during the Presidential Debates. We want to help the public understand the true nature of what that support is inflicting on women across the country.”

The video includes the following medical emergencies at Planned Parenthood abortion clinics that have been carefully documented by Operation Rescue with the help of vigilant pro-life activists from coast to coast over the past 22 months:

On July 20, 2012 a 24-year-old African-American was left to bleed to death following her abortion at a Planned Parenthood clinic in Chicago. Reaves underwent a dilation and evacuation (D & E) abortion at 11:00 a.m. Following the abortion, she experienced bleeding, but it wasn’t until 4:30 p.m. — five and a half hours later — that she was transported by a Chicago Fire Department ambulance to Northwestern Memorial Hospital, according to a report from CBS Radio affiliate WBBM.

Seven hours later, she was dead.

Emergency 911 documents obtained of the day reveal that Planned Parenthood did not call 911 on the day 24-year old Tonya Reaves died after having an abortion at the facility.

Documents obtained via the Freedom of Information Act show [PDF] that only one call to 911 was made on Friday, July 20 from the building located at 18 S. Michigan, which houses Planned Parenthood and several other tenants.

What is now known is that the Planned Parenthood abortionist ripped a hole in Ms. Reaves’ uterus and she began to hemorrhage. It is also known that the Planned Parenthood staff let her lie there for over five hours before they called an ambulance.

Lest you think that is the only WOMEN that Planned Parenthood was so reckless with, think again:

Maurice Stevenson’s wife died of a blood infection in 2002 after undergoing an abortion at Planned Parenthood.

The Chicago Tribune asked Planned Parenthood about the death of Stevenson’s wife and they told the Tribune they could not confirm whether they had reported the 2002 death of Stevenson’s wife, only that it had reported the 2008 death of another patient.

Planned Parenthood is what is WRONG FOR WOMEN and to listen to them would be a HUGE mistake: Here are just a few more examples of how PLANNED PARENTHOOD is WRONG FOR WOMEN !
