LoHud reports that : Andrew Bracco, a senior vice president of finance and IT at Planned Parenthood in Hawthorne, will be sworn in on the seven-member Board of Education in November.

Bracco was chosen from a handful of candidates who were interviewed by the school board on Oct. 19. The board made its decision on Tuesday.

Bracco is also listed on this audit of Planned Parenthood’s medicaid payments where the state found several errors: ( Here) The state then fined Planned Parenthood $15,000 in interest for those errors.

The Daily Bedford reported it this way:

BEDFORD, NY– The Bedford Central School District announced Thursday the appointment of a new member of the Board of Education, taking the place of Mark Chernis who resigned in September.

According to a press release sent out by the Board of Education, the newest member will be Andrew Bracco, a resident of Mount Kisco for over 13 years. Bracco will serve until the next election in May.

Bracco currently serves as a senior vice president of finance in the non-profit sector. He has previously worked for Ernst & Young, as well as the Ford Motor Company, in finance.

“I am excited to be joining the board and look forward to working with this outstanding group of dedicated men and women,” Bracco said. “I too was impressed with all of the candidates, and hope that they continue to remain involved and active members of the district.”

Herman Cain: Planned Parenthood is planned genocide

Posted in Herman Cain, Margaret Sanger, Planned Parenthood and Black Women, Planned Parenthood and Eugenics with tags , , , , , , , , , , on October 31, 2011 by saynsumthn

Herman Cain, defended his claim that “planned genocide” would be a more accurate name for Planned Parenthood.

“If people go back and look at the history and look at [Planned Parenthood founder] Margaret Sanger’s own words, that’s exactly where that came from,” Cain said during an interview with CBS’s Bob Schieffer, adding that “she didn’t use the word genocide but she did talk about preventing the increasing number of poor Blacks in this country by preventing Black babies from being born.”

This mantra remains constant, in a interview on Face the Nation, saying the abortion giant was founded on racist roots and continues that racism today:

“I absolutely would defund Planned Parenthood — not because I don’t believe in planning parenthood, [but because] Planned Parenthood as an organization is an absolute farce on the American people,” he said then. “People who know the history of Margaret Sanger, who started Planned Parenthood, they know that the intention was not to help young women who get pregnant to plan their parenthood. No — it was a sham to be able to kill black babies.”

“Seventy-five percent of those facilities were built in the black community. In Margaret Sanger’s own words, she didn’t use the word ‘genocide,’ but she did talk about preventing the increasing number of poor blacks in this country by preventing black babies from being born,” Cain told the program.

See a fascinating report that proves that Planned Parenthood targets minority communities with their clinics – here

Planned Parenthood founder, Margaret Sanger, was a member in good standing with the racist American Eugenics Society. Sanger had board members who were known for their racist writing and Sanger published many of those in her publications. Sanger called for parents to have a QUOTE: LICENSE TO BREED controlled by people who believed in her eugenic philosophy. She wanted all would be parents to go before her eugenic boards to request a “PERMIT TO BREED“.

Margaret Sanger once said, “More children from the fit, less from the unfit — that is the chief aim of birth control.” Birth Control Review, May 1919, p. 12

In Margaret Sanger’s, “Birth Control and Racial Betterment,” Feb 1919. Birth Control Review , Library of Congress Microfilm 131:0099B .
Sanger states, “Before eugenists and others who are laboring for racial betterment can succeed, they must first clear the way for Birth Control. Like the advocates of Birth Control, the eugenists, for instance, are seeking to assist the race toward the elimination of the unfit. Both are seeking a single end but they lay emphasis upon different methods.

Eugenists emphasize the mating of healthy couples for the conscious purpose of producing healthy children, the sterilization of the unfit to prevent their populating the world with their kind and they may, perhaps, agree with us that contraception is a necessary measure among the masses of the workers, where wages do not keep pace with the growth of the family and its necessities in the way of food, clothing, housing, medical attention, education and the like.

We who advocate Birth Control, on the other hand, lay all our emphasis upon stopping not only the reproduction of the unfit but upon stopping all reproduction when there is not economic means of providing proper care for those who are born in health. While I personally believe in the sterilization of the feeble-minded, the insane and syphilitic, I have not been able to discover that these measures are more than superficial deterrents when applied to the constantly growing stream of the unfitEugenics without Birth Control seems to us a house builded upon the sands. It is at the mercy of the rising stream of the unfit…

Sanger also called for those who were poor and what she considered to be “morons and immoral‘ , to be shipped to colonies where they would live in “Farms and Open Spaces” dedicated to brainwashing these so-called “inferior types” into having what Sanger called, “Better moral conduct”.

I consider that the world and almost our civilization for the next twenty-five years, is going to depend upon a simple, cheap, safe contraceptive to be used in poverty stricken slums, jungles, and among the most ignorant people. Even this will not be sufficient, because I believe that now, immediately, there should be national sterilization for certain dysgenic types of our population who are being encouraged to breed and would die out were the government not feeding them.
Planned Parenthood Founder, Margaret Sanger, 1950

In addition, Planned Parenthood’s top award is called the Margaret Sanger Award, despite the fact that Sanger was an admitted Klan speaker. This is what Sanger wrote in her autobiography, “I accepted an invitation to talk to the women’s branch of the Ku Klux Klan…I saw through the door dim figures parading with banners and illuminated crosses…I was escorted to the platform, was introduced, and began to speak…In the end, through simple illustrations I believed I had accomplished my purpose. A dozen invitations to speak to similar groups were proffered.” (Margaret Sanger: An Autobiography, P.366 Read it here http://library.lifedynamics.com//Autobiography/Chapter%2029.pdf)

Democrats killed bill to compensate mostly black eugenics victims

Posted in Democrat, Eugenics, North Carolina Eugenics, Planned Parenthood and Eugenics, Planned Parenthood in Black Neighborhoods with tags , , , , , on October 28, 2011 by saynsumthn

“Democrats killed my bill in committee,” Womble said. “The Republicans said they were going to support it, and if they do, I will be the first one to give them credit.”

Womble pleased by House speaker’s support for eugenics victims
Published: October 27, 2011

State Rep. Larry Womble, D-Forsyth, is giving props to the Republican speaker of the N.C. House for backing compensation for victims of a state-run sterilization program that operated from 1929 to 1974.

House Speaker Thom Tillis, R-Mecklenburg, will attend a meeting of the Governor’s Eugenics Compensation Task Force today and may speak to the group. On Tuesday, Tillis told the Winston-Salem Journal that he wants to “fast track” compensation during the 2012 session of the N.C. General Assembly.

Womble said backing from Tillis is an important step to getting compensation for sterilization victims into the pipeline.

“This is the very first time that any speaker, Democrat or Republican, has gone as far as he has gone, and I thank him on behalf of all sterilization victims,” Womble said. “This is the first time that the leadership, the power brokers have come out in support.”

The state’s sterilization program was part of a nationwide eugenics movement to stop people considered “unfit” from having children. Those sterilized included those who were blind, epileptic, “feeble-minded” or rumored to be promiscuous.

Over time, the program increasingly targeted poor black women and girls. About 7,600 people were sterilized. Fewer than half are still alive.

Womble said Democratic Govs. Mike Easley and Bev Perdue both took important steps on the path to compensation: Easley offered a formal apology, Womble said, and Perdue appointed the five-member task force to work on how to compensate victims. That’s the group Tillis is speaking with today.

Womble said he did not know why previous speakers did not bring compensation efforts to the House floor.

Democrats had controlled the General Assembly for more than 100 years until Republicans took over after the 2010 election. Womble has been pushing the compensation issue for years. A series by the Winston-Salem Journal in 2002 brought the program to light.

The proposed amount of compensation has not been decided, but a figure of $20,000 per victim has been discussed.

“Democrats killed my bill in committee,” Womble said. “The Republicans said they were going to support it, and if they do, I will be the first one to give them credit.”

Current House Minority Whip Ray Rapp, D-Madison, said Democrats were committed to moving forward on compensation and would have followed through.

“The unfortunate downturn in the economy combined with the cuts that were being made in the budget made it a bit more of a challenge,” Rapp said. “It was not a matter of not planning to do it.”

Rep. Dale Folwell, R-Forsyth, backs compensation for sterilization victims, a representative for Folwell said. Sterilization victims don’t care which party passes a bill, Womble said.

“Right now we are at the crucial point,” Womble said. “The big one is compensation. That has never been done.”

“They cut me open like I was a hog,” said Elaine Riddick, who was sterilized at age 14. “I didn’t even know nothing about this stuff.”
Riddick, now 57, said her only crime was being poor, BLACK, and from a bad home environment.

Maafa21’s Elaine Riddick speaks at NC Eugenics …, posted with vodpod

Listen to what the State of North Carolina’s Eugenic Board (Funded by Margaret Sanger supporter- Clarence Gamble more below) did to this “African American woman” : Elaine Riddick

( this clip below from the powerful documentary on eugenics and black genocide called: Maafa21 )

Clarence Gamble a supporter and funder of the founder of Planned Parenthood’s founder Margaret Sanger… funded the North Carolina Eugenics Society which sterilized this woman and many black women as well. Click Here : Clarence Gamble.

Gamble also supported Margaret Sanger’s Birth Control Movement. Sanger was the founder of Planned Parenthood and she had many of her board members and presidents were members of the American Eugenics Society.

According to the North Carolina Winston-Salem Journal, “Clarence Gamble who helped found the Human Betterment League of North Carolina in 1947 did so to promote eugenic sterilization. Journal research shows a long history of abuses in the N.C. sterilization program – abuses that Gamble consistently glossed over..” Gamble wanted sterilizations to increase rather than decrease, and increase they did.

Think the targeting of blacks for sterilization was coincidence? Just like they way they are targeted today for abortion??? Think again:

Read what Planned Parenthood Founder, Margaret Sanger, wrote to Dr. Clarence Gamble (who funded the State of North Carolina’s Eugenics Programs) in a letterdated December 19, 1939,
We should hire three or four colored ministers, preferably with social-service backgrounds, and with engaging personalities. The most successful educational approach to the Negro is through a religious appeal. The minister’s work is also important and also he should be trained, perhaps by the Federation [of Eugenicists] as to our ideals and the goal that we hope to reach. We don’t want the word to go out that we want to exterminate the Negro population and the minister is the man who can straighten out that idea if it ever occurs to any of their more rebellious members.” that plan was called “The NEGRO Project”.

Here is a sample of what the Eugenics Victims have said:

Elaine Riddick:I have to get out what the state of North Carolina did to me. I am not feeble minded. I’ve never been feeble minded. They slandered me. They ridiculed and harassed me. They cut me open like I was a hog, My body was too young for what they did to me. I had to have a child at the age of 14. When I had my son, at the same time they took my child in cesarean and then did that to me. What do you think I’m worth? … I’ve never had nobody to take care of me. I’ve had to do this all by myself. I never had anyone give me anything. I had to pick my own self up…What am I worth? The kids I didn’t have. Couldn’t have. What are they worth?”

Tony Riddick added, “You harmed my mother and killed her womb . When u look forward – It’s genocide – premeditated murder – you deserve to be punished….This is sinister. I know I don’t have the power to bring justice myself….We say we are a nation that’s concerned and compassionate and these victims have not been compensated yet. For my mother, it’s been 43 years…God will hold you accountable for what you have done to my mom.”

“This right here is a good example of what God is capable of doing. My mother’s life and my life, by ANY measure, would have been, should have been, COULD have been totally written off.”

LeLa Dunston (victim)
“I can’t have no babies…They told me to sign papers. I didn’t sign papers. That was not my signature on these papers…I need a reward or something…some kind of compensation for all they put me through. I wanted more children. I wouldn’t have minded having a daughter. Maybe two, maybe three.”

Australia Clay (victim’s family member)
“Every victim that went through any of this victimization was a guinea pig. A science guinea pig. It was bogus medicine. Bogus science…This is North Carolina’s holocaust. We need a wall. We need a library. My mother needs her name and picture in a library room.”

Melissa Hyatt (victim’s loved one)
“Nobody explained what the surgery was for, at least to him.”

Karen Beck (victim’s family member)
“I’m sure the surgeons that wielded the knives against their small bodies believed they were doing the right thing. Indeed, how could any of them be wrong?”

Deborah Chesson (victim’s family member)
“The eugenics board has deemed my mother nothing. To me, she is everything….You tore families apart. You hurt people. There’s no compensation that can put that back.”

WE’VE BEEN GUTTMACHER’d! A look at how Planned Parenthood’s research arm is soaked in Eugenics

WE’VE BEEN GUTTMACHER’d!, posted with vodpod

For documented PROOF of where Planned Parenthood places their abortion clinics ( Minority Communities) check out a new report by Life Dynamics here !

The Guttmacher Institute was birthed in 1968 as a research arm of Planned Parenthood. In the late 70s, for public relations and credibility issues, both organizations performed a public separation declaring that Guttmacher was no longer affiliated with Planned Parenthood (PPFA) in any way.

But the cord is still attached.

Despite this preposterous claim by Guttmacher’s President and CEO, Sharon Camp, this global pro-abortion extension of PPFA has been funded over $2.4 million by Planned Parenthood from 2004-2009. In an interview with CUNY TV , originally aired on December 15, 2010, Camp claims, “for the past 4 or 5 years, Guttmacher has been completely unaffiliated with Planned Parenthood.” Yet a quick look at the nation’s largest abortion chain’s 990 tax filings reveals how “completely unaffiliated” Guttmacher has been. Planned Parenthood, who receives over $360 million annual tax dollars, gave $2,142,076 of our tax dollars to their “research” arm, Guttmacher.

That’s a lot of unaffiliation! Most of us would love to be “unaffiliated” with large organizations with over $1 billion in asset, as long as it’s not PPFA of course. The corporate memo apparently didn’t get to PPFA as it listed Guttmacher, in its 2007 tax filing, as an “Independent Affiliated Organization”. Camp shows how pliable words can be; “unaffiliated” is a relative term just as the supposed “scientific research” Guttmacher provides for reproductive health issues.

MEET ALAN GUTTMACHER:

Guttmacher Institute is the Research Arm for the largest provider of abortions nationally and internationally – Planned Parenthood and was named after one of Planned Parenthood’s President – Alan Guttmacher.

Alan Guttmacher , who was also a Vice President for the American Eugenics Society, said this in 1967– “ I oppose abortion on demand, at least now for the United States, there are several reason. First, the public does not want it… only 20 % of the public favors abortion for single women… Abortion on demand relives the male of all responsibility in the sphere of pregnancy control..he becomes and animal…not far removed from the status of a bull…I favor liberalization of existing [ abortion] statutes…” But…should Guttmacher be legally permitted to do abortions he continues, ” I would abort mothers already carrying three or more children…I would abort women who desire abortion who are drug addicts or severe alcoholics…I would abort women with sub-normal mentality incapable of providing satisfactory parental care…”
(Source; “Abortion: The Issues”, Dr. Alan Guttmacher – President, Planned Parenthood, December 4, 1967, Harvard Law School Forum)

In 1969, Alan Guttmacher as then President of Planned Parenthood-World Population, said this: “ I would like to give our voluntary means of population control full opportunity in the next 10 to 12 years. Then , if these don’t succeed, we may have to go into some kind of coercion, not worldwide, but possibly in such places as India, Pakistan, and Indonesia, where pressures are the greatest…There is no question that birth rates can be reduced all over the world if legal abortion is introduced…” ( SOURCE: Family Planning: The needa and the Methods, by: Alan F. Guttmacher; The American Journal of Nursing, Vol. 69, No. 6. (June, 1969) PP. 1229-1234)

And in February of 1970 Alan Guttmacher was interviewed by the Baltimore Magazine and said this
Our birth rate has come down since we last talked.. I think we’ve hit a plateau- the figure’s not likely to drop much more unless there is more legal abortion. , or abortion on request as we call it…My own feeling is that we’ve got to pull out all the stops and involve the United Nations…If you’re going to curb population, it’s extremely important not to have it done by the dammed Yankees, but by the UN. Because the thing is, then it’s not considered genocide. If the United States goes to the Black man or the yellow man and says slow down your reproduction rate, we’re immediately suspected of having ulterior motives to keep the white man dominant in the world. If you can send in a colorful UN force, you’ve got much better leverage.”

Simply listen to the words of Guttmacher told a symposium at the University of California Medical Center in 1966 he stated that, “the belief that the white middle class was coercing their own poor and people with black and yellow skins to reduce family size because the middle-class whites are frightened of being outnumbered.”

The only way the mounting feeling that birth control is a tool of racism can be handled, is to involve knowledgeable leaders from the minority groups who understand and are favorable to the philosophy of birth control. They, in turn, must translate their appreciation of the contribution which birth control can make toward family stability to their own people.” (SOURCE: New York Times: Doctor blames his profession for delays on Family Planning: 1/16/1966)

A stated goal of The Guttmacher Institute is legal abortion:

The Guttmacher Institute envisions a world in which all women and men have the ability to exercise their rights and responsibilities regarding sexual behavior, reproduction and family formation freely and with dignity. In this world, women and men in every country are able to avoid unwanted pregnancies, prevent and procure treatment for sexually transmitted infections, obtain safe abortions, achieve healthy pregnancies and births, and have satisfying sexual relationships.

REALLY? Well..in 1962, Vice President of the American Eugenics Society at the time, Dr. Alan Guttmacher said he wanted abortion laws patterned after Sweden and other nations. One reason they list to allow abortions is :EUGENIC ! Also- Guttmacher at this point says he does NOT BELIEVE that abortion should be left up to the patient or their doctor, rather it should be up to “Special Board” to approve the abortion. (Eugenic Board, perhaps?) ( The Miami News – Aug 12, 1962) Read Here ( Alan Guttmacher is a former Vice President of The American Eugenics Society and a Former President of Planned Parenthood)

From it’s beginning, Guttmacher and Planned Parenthood has been muddied up in eugenics and now abortion has been the tool used to drastically limit the Black and Latino populations. So be aware when you’ve been Guttmacher’d. It blindsides you with alarming yet unqualified statistics (full of self-citations) and convincing buzzwords like “scientific” and “comprehensive”. When Guttmacher’s CEO cannot grasp simple math, like the difference between zero and $2.4 million, everything else should become suspect.
It’s ironic, though understandable, that the Guttmacher Institute’s umbilical cord hasn’t been cut. Planned Parenthood apparently still values the child it’s given birth to and wouldn’t dare end its life regardless of viability.

Two of Gosnell’s Abortion Workers Plead Guilty to Murder

Dr. Kermit Gosnell

Philadelphia, PA – The Associated Press is reporting that two former employees of late-term abortionist Kermit Gosnell have pled guilty of 3rd degree murder for their parts in the deaths of an abortion patient and one baby born alive during a failed late-term abortion.

This is the first time that an abortion worker has been guilty of murder for killing a baby. Adrienne Moton admitted her part in the murder of one baby. Sherry West pled guilty for helping to drug Karanaya Mongar to death during an abortion. Neither women had any medical training or licensing.

The pair also pled guilty to lesser charges, including participating in a corrupt organization.

Gosnell, who ran a filthy “house of horrors” abortion mill in Philadelphia has been charged with 8 counts of murder and is awaiting trial. Moton and West may testify against his as part of their plea agreement.

“As disturbing as this case is, we know that what went on at Gosnell’s abortion mill is little different than what goes on at late-term abortion mills around the country,” said Newman. “We look forward to a full airing of the evidence in a court of law so Americans can come face to face with the atrocity of abortion. Maybe if we finally have a public airing of the truth about what goes on inside abortion clinics, American will stop tolerating the barbaric, unnecessary, and outdated practice. This case serves as a warning to abortionists who break the law. Sooner or later you will get caught.”

Story from the Associated Press:
2 workers plead guilty to murder in abortion case
By MARYCLAIRE DALE, Associated Press – 10/27/2011

PHILADELPHIA (AP) — Two abortion clinic workers pleaded guilty Thursday to third-degree murder in deaths at a Philadelphia clinic where seven babies were allegedly killed with scissors and a patient died from an overdose of painkillers.

Andrea Moton, 34, admitted her involvement in the death of one baby. Sherry West, 52, pleaded guilty in the February 2009 death of Karnamaya Mongar, a Bhutanese immigrant. Neither worker was properly trained for the work they did at the clinic run by Dr. Kermit Gosnell, authorities said.

Gosnell and nine employees, including his wife, were charged earlier this year after a grand jury report detailed macabre the conditions at the West Philadelphia clinic. Gosnell, the only doctor, and other staff are accused of performing illegal late-term abortions and killing babies born alive by severing their spinal cords with scissors.
Gosnell, who denies the allegations, is being held on $2 million bail.

Philadelphia District Attorney Seth Williams called the clinic a “house of horrors” in announcing the charges in January.

Moton, of Upper Darby, knew Gosnell through his niece. She worked evenings to assist with abortions, but, like the others, had no relevant training or license. She assisted with procedures and cut the spinal cords of aborted babies, the grand jury report said.

Moton and West each pleaded guilty to related charges, including taking part in a corrupt organization. West also pleaded guilty to drug delivery causing death.

West, of Newark, Del., may have administered at least some of the fatal dose of Demerol that killed 41-year-old Mongar in November 2009, defense lawyer Michael Wallace said after the hearing. However, he noted that she was the only clinic employee to accompany Mongar to the hospital and stay with her and her family until she died, he said.

According to the grand jury report, West and co-defendant Lynda Williams overmedicated the 4-foot-11, 110-pound Mongar when Gosnell was not at the clinic.

“She’s very sorry about the death of that young lady,” Wallace said. “She got caught up in a series of things that probably she did not realize the significance of.”
West was a long-time patient who sought work at the clinic as she fought with the Veterans Administration over a pension, he said. She was hired in October 2008, and made $8 to $10 an hour in cash to perform ultrasound exams, administer anesthesia and monitor patients in the medical room.

Prosecutors said she was not licensed or trained to perform those duties, but Wallace disputed that.
“By my analysis, she was doing the same things she was doing at the VA,” he said.

West has been in custody on $2 million bail since her arrest in January. She has been cooperating and will continue to do so, Wallace said. That could include testifying against Gosnell.

West faces up to 140 years in prison but would likely get far less time given that cooperation.

“She knows she will do time,” Wallace said.

She also had hepatitis C, but she took no precautions to protect exposing patients to the disease, authorities said.

Besides being untrained, staff had warned Gosnell that West and Williams were sloppy and careless with their work, the grand jury report said.

Moton faces up to 120 years in prison.

Neither prosecutors nor Moton’s lawyer, Thomas L. McGill Jr., would comment after the hearing, citing a gag order.

Ten people are charged in the case, several of them with murder. One defendant pleaded guilty last month to a perjury charge, leaving seven people awaiting trial.

PAST HISTORY:
