32106_1488414287304_4924614_nFormer Florida Abortion Clinic owner, Joyce Tarnow died February 21, 2014 at the age of 74 years old, after a two year battle with cancer.

Joyce Tarnow moved from Chicago to Miami Dade County in 1962, to Broward County in 1974 and to Dixie County in 2007.

She attended Miami Dade Community College 1968-1970

Tarnow organized the Miami Chapter of Zero Population Growth in 1970 following Earth Day at U.M. where she picked up a copy of Paul Ehrlich’s book,”The Population Bomb.”

Tarnow served on the national board of Zero Population Growth 1972-1974 as she described, “out of all my environmental interests.“

She was also a member of the Florida Abortion Rights Action League, known as FARAL.

Tarnow ran an abortion clinic in Broward County from 1976 to 2006 and served as president of Floridians for a Sustainable Population as well as a member of the Federation of Anti-Immigration Reform also known as FAIR.

In 1972, Tarnow led a fight to repeal Florida’s abortion laws.

During her time as an abortion clinic owner, Tarnow was regularly picketed by pro-life protesters. She also criticized fellow abortionist Benjamin Graber who left her holding attorney’s fees from a lawsuit she and Graber lost against the protesters. That loss eventually cost her the clinic and forced her to finally close her doors for good. She closed her abortion clinic doors in 2004.

But that did not stop Tarnow, as she went on to be an outspoken advocate of population control.

Capture

In the interview below of Tarnow featured in the powerful documentary film Maafa21, Tarnow quotes population control author, Paul Ehrlich who co-authored books with Obama’s Science Czar, John P. Holdren.

Tarnow clearly advocates Darwin’s “Survival of the fittest” and says that the US should not help those nations who “cannot help themselves.”

Watch Tarnow Interview at .20 seconds into this:

In a July 15,2004 News Times article , they quote former abortionist Joyce Tarnow as saying:

America “can’t take all the people in the world,” “We need to help nations that can subsist and let others wither on the vine.”

And how about this sensitive approach to countries like Haiti, which, Tarnow said, “has denuded the whole land?“… “Stew in your own juices.

In the same News Times article Joyce Tarnow reveals her true motives:

Fertility is an environmental issue,” she says. “That’s why I try to get as many people sterilized as are in my way!”

In a a Jan 16, 2010 Ft Lauderdale Sun Sentinel Article, Tarnow had this to say regarding bringing suffering people from Haiti who endured the tragic earthquake, to the United States, “Tent cities in Haiti, said Tarnow. “Give them all the help they need, but don’t bring them to this country.”.

We have to enforce our borders,” she said. “There’s nothing more permanent than a temporary visa.”

Tarnow 1984

Tarnow, was the former owner of the Women’s Clinic in Fort Lauderdale, Florida: which performed approx 800 to 900 abortions per year, with many clients being low income and Haitian. Tarnow was also a proud member of the National Abortion Federation.

Tarnow worked tirelessly to make sure that the ones she didn’t get through abortion were NEVER allowed into this country through immigration. She was the president of the anti-immigration group: Floridians for a Sustainable Population.

She was also listed on the anti-immigration group FAIR as one of their “local contacts” . FAIR stands for the Federation for American Immigration Reform and they are run by former “Zero Population Growth” and “Planned Parenthood” members.

This blogger was one of the protesters who opposed Tarnow at her Florida abortion clinic. As pro-life protesters, we regularly prayed for Tarnow and petitioned her to stop her slaughter of unborn children.

Tarnow rarely dialogued with us. She became emboldened to come outside and photograph us only when she had engaged the help of the Feminist Majority to escort outside the clinic. That move cost her, because as she attempted to photograph me, I also had my camera up to photograph her. In her frustration and attempt at getting a picture, Tarnow grabbed my arm and assaulted me. Police were called and she was read her Miranda rights, however, I decided not to pursue pressing charges.

Tarnow was a very sad person. She believed in killing innocent babies to assure that Florida would not be overrun by those she deemed unfit. I wonder, if she has not repented, if she still believes her views. Standing before a Holy and Just God has a way of shedding light on all your deeds, especially the murder of children.

Tarnow may be haunted for eternity in an overcrowded hell if she did not repent. Let’s hope that is not the case.

Florida National Abortion Federation abortion clinic member Calls Ambulance for Abortion Patient

Another NAF Abortion Clinic Transports Injured Woman Via Ambulance
• Written by Operation Rescue
• Posted April 15, 2011 at 9:14 am

West Palm Beach, FL – Sirens could be heard from far away by pro-life witnesses as an ambulance rushed to the Presidential Women’s Center abortion clinic in West Palm Beach, Florida, last Saturday, April 9, 2011, to transport a woman to the hospital for emergency care.

The abortion clinic offers abortions through 23 weeks gestation and is a member of the National Abortion Federation (NAF), an affiliation of abortionists with notoriously poor health and safety records.

This was the third reported emergency transport witnessed by pro-life activists from an NAF abortion clinic over the weekend of April 8-9, 2011.

The abortionist on duty at Presidential Women’s Center during the medical emergency was Michael Benjamin, who has a history of Medical Board discipline and has a current public complaint on file, according to the Florida Department of Health. Abortionist Frank Rodriguez is also known to do abortions there.

The ambulance pulled into the back alley where emergency workers loaded gurney bearing an injured woman then sped away to an unknown hospital emergency room. The woman’s condition remains unknown.

One quick-thinking activist photographed the arrival of the ambulance then drove to the back of the building to further document the incident.

“This is not the first time we have seen ambulances at Presidential Women’s Center,” said M. Susan Pine, President of FACE Life, Inc., the local pro-life group on the scene last Saturday. “Presidential is simply another butcher shop.”

One day before the West Palm Beach incident, pro-lifers documented two ambulances at the Affiliated Medical Services in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, transporting separate women for emergency care.

“More and more, savvy pro-lifers are documenting the incidents they witness. In exposing these medical emergencies, activists are tearing back the veil so the public an better understand the true dangers of abortion at the hands of men and women who are all too often little better than quacks,” said Operation Rescue President Troy Newman.
“Respectable physicians do not sink to the level of being an abortionist, leaving the abortion cartel with only the unscrupulous and the dangerous. With abortion clinics nearly unaccountable to the law, it is little wonder that we are seeing so many injuries. We call on the authorities in Florida and Wisconsin to strictly enforce abortion laws already on the books, close these dangerous abortion clinics, and bring the botched abortion perpetrators to justice.”

On Michael Benjamin’s Website - he lists himself as “Florida’s most experienced abortion provider” …HMMM- what does that tell you about the rest of the quacks performing abortions in Florida ?

A group called Women of Color is upset that dr. Benjamin uses quinacrine which they claim is for the purpose of sterilizing the poor…they write,

Quinacrine Sterilization: advertised and used to sterilize women in Florida!
Dr. Randall B. Whitney, M.D., of Family Planning, Inc., a private clinic in Daytona Beach, currently advertises and offers quinacrine sterilizations. (See http://www.drwhitney.com for more
information).

Dr. Michael Benjamin, M.D., of Benjamin Surgical Services International in Ft. Lauderdale plans to offer quinacrine sterilizations in his practice as soon as a pharmacy can compound the drug. (See http://www.drbenjamin.com for more information). An October 4, 1998 Miami Herald article reported that Dr. Michael Benjamin views QS as “a practical answer to one of the
world’s biggest problems—overpopulation,” and that he would provide it free to low-income women. In his email communication with reproductive rights advocates from Hampshire College, he commented on whom he would target for quinacrine sterilization: “Bear in mind that we are not talking about Susie Smith in Suburbia under the care of Jack Jones MD,” he writes. “We’re talking about women with burgeoning families, little food, little money, little health care, possible AIDs, and no reliable contraception.”

This is not shocker since Michael Benjamin also aborted children , mostly low-income and Black Haitian children at the Women’s Clinic run by former abortion clinic owner Joyce Tarnow.

Tarnow had advocated over-population myths for years and has said tat we should not assist nation’s like Haiti but allow them to “Stew in their own juices.” More on Tarnow’s racist ideas here

In Testimony before the House Health care Committee, Full Committee Meeting September 14 and 15, 1989, Florida House of Representatives, abortionist Michael Benjamin
described the average abortion patient in a derogatory way, “I think it is basically a personality type who generally has her life out of control and unfortunately nowadays there are no shortage of people in general whose lives are out of control. They drift, they tend to live for the moment in terms not only of their sexual practices but in terms of their economic lives and they are people in general who don’t think beyond the moment, who don’t plan for tomorrow, and who really will take life as it comes and deal with the rest later. …

I wonder how this abortion patient would describe him? Just Say’n

Florida abortionist on Haiti, “Stew in your own juices”

In the film Maafa21 Black Genocide in 21st Century America, Florida Abortion Clinic owner, Joyce Tarnow makes some stunning comments on population control. Among those statements are disturbing comments regarding Haiti, which she made to a local Florida newspaper.

In the interview below of Tarnow from Maafa21, she quotes population control author, Paul Ehrlich who co-authored books with Obama’s Science Czar, John P. Holdren. Tarnow clearly advocates Darwin’s “Survival of the fittest” and says that the US should not help those nations who “cannot help themselves.”

This is the way these pro-abortion people feel about people of “color” in my view. Just like recent comments by Harry Reid, it is time African Americans and minorities wake up and see how these supposed liberal progressives view them.

Is abortion clinic owner, Joyce Tarnow’s wish coming true after the Haiti Earthquake?

Rachel Maddow: “Arizona Anti-Immigration Law Written By Racists” is that a FAIR statement? What about the Planned Parenthood Connection?

more about "Rachel Maddow- Racist roots of Arizon…", posted with vodpod

After watching the above report , I found that CNN’s Rachel Maddow is leaving out a VERY important fact about the Federation for American Immigration Reform (FAIR), because many on FAIR’s board are former Planned Parenthood members and leaders, abortion clinic workers, and Zero Population Control Activists ! Just Google John Tanton- FAIR’S founder and see his links to Planned Parenthood in Michigan- In Fact, FAIR’s board member, Sarah G. Epstein, now serves on Planned Parenthood’s board in Washington. Also on FAIR’s board is Joyce Tarnow a former Abortion Clinic Owner from Florida – on FAIR’s National Board of Advisers . Tarnow made some stunning comments about Haiti in the past and reinforced her statements after the earthquake . Read her views of Haitians here: Florida abortionist on Haiti, “Stew in your own juices” More on Tarnow’s Darwinian beliefs in an interview from the film: Maafa21 clipped below:

What? Is Maddow just ignoring these connections because she approves of abortion, which Planned Parenthood is known for doing? But – why do they LOVE abortion so much and WHO are they targeting for abortion?

Maddow will never expose the fact that the beloved founder of Planned Parenthood- Margaret Sanger was a featured speaker for the KLAN. Sanger admitted in her autobiography that she was invited at LEAST a dozen times to speak to the KLAN and now Planned Parenthood’s highest award is named in Sanger’s honor. HUH ? The KLAN, last I heard was a “RACIST” Organization. Sanger and many of Planned Parenthood’s founding board members were card carrying members of the American Eugenics Society ! Margaret Sanger believed in EUGENICS and founded Planned Parenthood based on that belief !

Perhaps if Maddow wants to expose this racist link to the “Immigration Debate” she could expose FAIR’s Board links to Planned Parenthood and then expose how Planned Parenthood today places abortion clinics in Hispanic and Minority neighborhoods. Now abortion kills a disproportionate amount of black babies by 5 to 1 than white ones. COINCIDENCE?

Maddow also mentions the Pioneer Fund’s eugenic roots in her report- how come she ignores Planned Parenthood’s eugenic roots? In Fact, most of the “Founders” of Pioneer Fund also worked closely with Planned Parenthood’s founder Margaret Sanger. Harry Laughlin and Frederick Osborn , both founders of Pioneer Founder were members of the American Eugenics Society and a members of Sanger’s American Birth Control League which changed it’s name to Planned Parenthood, they also wrote regularly in Sanger’s Birth Control Review. Laughlin and Osborn also signed Sanger’s “Citizens Committee for Planned Parenthood” published in her review in April of 1938. So, let’s recap, Pioneer is a eugenic and racist founded group but when the same people are endorsed by Sanger and Planned Parenthood they are not? HMMM….

Maddow should watch the documentary Maafa21 Black Genocide in 21st Century America (Clip Below) to learn much more about Planned Parenthood’s connections to Eugenics and racism:

Who is John Tanton and Why Should You Care? Just Ask Joyce Tarnow.
By Gail Shepherd, Thursday, May. 20 2010 @ 4:01PM

Joyce Tarnow (hearts) John Tanton
John Tanton’s name is getting a lot of play. Depending on who you talk to, Tanton is either a raging pro-eugenics racist with a deep-seated animosity toward brown people — or — a beaming, professorial Renaissance man with an insatiable curiosity and an infallible moral compass.

Why should you care? Because Tanton founded the Federation for American Immigration Reform (FAIR) and now sits on its board. We’ve referenced him in a couple of blog posts recently. A lot of people have FAIR, and Tanton, on the brain because of developments on the fronts of immigration, population control, and Amendment 4, the “slow growth” amendment to the Florida Constitution that we’ll all be voting on in November.

Just about anybody involved in either immigration control or reform has ties to, or opinions about, FAIR. The organization is said to be behind the recent Arizona Senate Bill 1070, for example. Lake Worth City Commissioner Scott Maxwell, who is staunchly in favor of strict immigration control, is a FAIR supporter. As is Lesley Blackner, the Palm Beach Attorney who started the Hometown Democracy movement that resulted in getting Amendment 4 on this year’s ballot. Whether you’re an environmentalist, a slow-growth advocate, a white nationalist, an immigration reformer, or a women’s reproductive rights activist, the road you’re marching will eventually lead you back to John Tanton. The Southern Poverty Law Center published an inflammatory report late last year labeling FAIR a “hate group” based in large part on its evaluation of Tanton.

And then there’s Joyce Tarnow. New Times has been covering Tarnow for nearly a decade: She’s a former Deerfield Beach activist and gadfly, a population control expert who once ran an abortion clinic in Fort Lauderdale. Tarnow, who lives in North Florida now, is a vocal advocate for Amendment 4. She has strong opinions on immigration. She’s all for zero population growth. And she thinks Florida’s environment is going to go down the tubes if we don’t brush the beach sand out of our eyes and really look at what’s happening to our water and our wildernesses.

Tarnow, now in her 70s, is as fierce a bulldog as ever. She bared her canines at us this week, when she fired off an email to defend John Tanton, whom she called “a personal friend of mine.” Here’s what she had to say:
John Tanton has been a population control advocate for more than forty years. I first met John in 1972 when he and I served on the national board of Zero Population Growth. His contributions to the social issues of our day are courageous and well thought out, issues that too many are afraid to tackle.

A small example was his suggestion to the board and staff of ZPG that we should look into radio advertising of condom use. That did not fly then, but now we have Viagra all over the air waves.

John and his wife Mary Lou organized the Planned Parenthood chapter in Petoskey, Michigan. He started FAIR because he saw that U.S. population was being propelled by the immigration policy changes by Congress starting in 1965. He started the Social Contract magazine that features the best writers on population, immigration and the impacts on our resources and our citizens.

John is a stellar individual and is slandered by an organization [ed: Tarnow is referencing the Southern Poverty Law Center here] that collects a lot of money but spends very little on its stated mission.

COMMENTS LEFT ON THE ABOVE STORY:

Steve Ellman says:
According to Joyce Tarnow, John Tanton’s Social Contract magazine “features the best writers on population, immigration and the impacts on our resources and our citizens.” Really?
Here’s what a random walk through some recent issues revealed to me:
-Spring 2009. An article titled “Mexico Mainlines Malevolence …and Immigration Policy Brings It Here,” in which author Brenda Walker begins with the observation that “Mexicans’ cultural fondness for the dark side is well known” and concludes with the “bottom line” that “One of the world’s worst possible immigrant groups (other than Muslims of course) is coming to America in record numbers and burdening us with their toxic culture of crime, sexism, bribery, pedophilia, slavery, child kidnapping, educational apathy, animal cruelty, superstition and general corruption.”
-Spring 2009. A book review titled “Madison Grant and the Preservation of Buffaloes, Redwoods, and America’s European Heritage,” in which critic F. Roger Devlin writes approvingly of the book’s subject, Madison Grant, a leading early 20th century racist and eugenicist, who believed that “the American human ‘type’ was degenerating under the onslaught of ‘invasive species’ from Southern Europe and the ghettos of Poland.”
-Superficially less, um, malevolent, the Winter 2009-2010 issue includes an article titled “Adios, WQXR!” in which author Gerda Bikales, writes, “In the annals of America’s gradual retreat from the bedrock of Western culture, July 15, 2009 is a milestone to remember. On that day, the New York Times announced the sale of its iconic classical music station to Univision, the giant Spanish-language media company.” Gerda concludes by observing that “in an era of rapid change driven by mass immigration and failing assimilation, a nagging question presents itself: when does cultural enrichment become cultural displacement?”
Bikales’ lament seems comical, initially: Good lord! Them immigrants are the death of classical music.
But really, what sort of paranoid mind attributes the decline in the popularity of Beethoven and Brahms to demographic change first and foremost? It appears Bikales has never heard of MTV. But such is the power of xenophobia.
-Also in the Winter 2009-2010 issue, another choice book review, “Spiraling Toward Chaos,” in which critic Fred Elbel blithely passes on these nuggets of wisdom: “A derivative of a historically subjugated people is the engrained Mexican characteristic of the inability to trust anyone. ‘The concept of cheating is accepted. It is universal in Mexico. It is a holdover from the Aztec system of accommodation’”and “Similarly, the rule of law is not held in high esteem in Mexico as it is in the U.S. ‘When Mexicans do abide by the rule of law it is not for conceptual or moral reasons. They abide by the rule of law in order to not get apprehended by the police…The inability to accept responsibility for any mistake is a dominant Mexican characteristic…’”
I could go on, but I’m sure one gets the idea. John Tanton may be Joyce Tarnow’s “personal friend” and “a stellar individual.” But whatever else Tanton may be or do, as a publisher he is an active, willing host to racist thought and a panderer to anti-immigrant paranoia.

Some clarifications from Joyce Tarnow, via email:
Two points: I was a Pompano Beach resident
for thirty-three years….owned and ran the Women’s Clinic for
twenty-eight years—hardly a gadfly with that kind of commitment.
And, forty years working to remedy the overpopulation of the U.S.
I posted the Puppeteer article to you today…..let me know your
reaction. Hopefully, you will think it worth another article. Maybe
from the standpoint of who and why are so many foundations funding open

Great you expose these two: Abortionist FAIR board member, Joyce Tarnow and FAIR Founder John Tanton. Both in favor of Pop Control and both have ties to abortion and Planned Parenthood (You failed to mention this). Have you watched the documentary: Maafa21 Black Genocide in 21st Century America? This film proves how the eugenics groups use abortion to target minorities. Tarnow and Tanton are connected to abortion, and many on the board of FAIR either used to be on the board of or are currently on the board of Planned Parenthood the nation’s largest abortion clinic chain who set up in Black and Hispanic neighborhoods, just like Tarnow did when she ran her abortion clinics. The film: Maafa21 exposes why they do this and I find it revealing that these same people with connections to population control and PLANNED PARENTHOOD in FAIR, are now behind the anti-immigration movement. This is NOT About immigration, it is about EUGENICS. Watch Maafa21 (http://www.maafa21.com) and see why.

UN Still Blanketing Ravaged Haiti with Condoms

Posted in African Nations, Haiti, Population Control with tags , , , , , , , , , , , on April 28, 2010 by saynsumthn

By James Tillman and Kathleen Gilbert

PORT-AU-PRINCE, April 27, 2010 (LifeSiteNews.com) – A document obtained by LifeSiteNews.com that carries the logos of the UNFPA, the International Organization for Migration (IOM), and UNAIDS, calls on the camp managers in earthquake ravaged Haiti to be careful to ensure a supply of free condoms to the Haitians whose homes were destroyed by the January Earthquake.

One of the access points that the document directs displacement site managers to is “the PROMESS warehouse in Port au Prince.” LifeSiteNews.com (LSN) had reported shortly after the earthquake that, according to an inside source in Haiti, an enormous supply of condoms was taking up as much as 70% of the floor space in that warehouse and was preventing medical supplies from being unloaded, sorted, and distributed.

“All humanitarian actors should ensure that condoms are available to the affected populations,” state the recent instructions, which were attached in email sent to Haiti’s Coordination and Camp Management (CCCM) Cluster dated April 23.

The instructions go on to calculate the needed number of condoms: the population is multiplied by the percentage of sexually active males (20% of population) who are expected to use condoms (26% of sexually active males) at a presumed rate of 20 times per month, with additional condoms accounted for wastage and loss.

UNFPA and UNAIDS, the document indicates, will also expend resources to organize training for all camp managers and community leaders “on correct and consistent usage and disposal of condoms,” as well as HIV awareness. “Condoms should be distributed with information and education and managers should liaise with community members on appropriate distribution points and methods,” the note continues. “Information leaflets and posters about condom use will also be provided.”

The document says that it is is applying “Sphere standards,” which are meant to help define “minimum standards in disaster response.” While ostensibly based on the belief that “those affected by disaster have a right to life with dignity and therefore a right to assistance,” the Sphere Handbook call for the “subsequent integration of comprehensive RH [reproductive health] services into primary health care” after a disaster. “Comprehensive reproductive health services” is a common euphemism that includes contraception and abortion.

The language of the Inter-Agency Standing Committee (IASC) guidelines, which are also mentioned in the document, is similar. The IASC calls on agencies to distribute “male condoms and, where appropriate, female condoms free of charge in a wide range of places – clinics and health centres, bars, brothels, community centres and other settings where people, including young people, meet socially.” “Male and female condoms are essential items in emergency relief supplies,” according to IASC.

The UNFPA did not respond to LSN’s request to confirm the source of the document as of press time.

“This is what the UNFPA always does,” Stephen Mosher, president of the Population Research Institute (PRI), told LifeSiteNews.com Tuesday afternoon, in reference to the condom distribution scheme.

Mosher pointed to a PRI investigation of Kosovo refugee camps during the Kosovo Conflict, which found the UNFPA’s population control priorities in full force. “The UNFPA Doctor there was more than happy to tell us that he was aborting as many babies conceived in the refugee camps as he could,” said Mosher, “because, after all, as he said, ‘they’re refugees’ – emphatically, ‘they can’t have babies.'”

If the UNFPA was genuinely concerned about stemming the tide of HIV/AIDS, he said, they would focus efforts on HIV testing, rather than promoting sexual licentiousness with faulty protection.

“The UNFPA sees all conceptions in war-torn or refugee-strewn or earthquake-affected countries as illegitimate. … These people are dependents, and they shouldn’t have children at all,” he said.

According to a Jan 16, 2010 Ft Lauderdale Sun Sentinel Article, Former abortion clinic owner and population control pusher, Joyce Tarnow ( who now runs an anti-immigration organization) had this to say regarding bringing suffering people from Haiti who endured the tragic earthquake, to the United States,

Tent cities in Haiti,” said Joyce Tarnow, who now heads Floridians for Sustainable Population, an anti-immigration group. “Give them all the help they need, but don’t bring them to this country.”

Bill Clinton stumps for Abortionist’s opponent

January 19,2010

Democratic congressional hopeful Ted Deutch expects to raise more than $100,000 today when former President Bill Clinton drops by St. Andrews Country Club in Boca Raton, (Florida) for a late-afternoon fund-raiser.

Deutch’s campaign says he has already raised more than $800,000 for his special election bid to replace former Democratic Rep. Robert Wexler.

Deutch and Ben Graber are competing in a Feb. 2 Democratic primary. The winner runs in an April 13 general election.

Deutch opponent: Benjamin Graber is a long time abortionist who ran two gynecological offices – One in Pompano and one in Coral Springs Florida – where he openly performed abortions. Graber has held several offices already , most notably a place in the Florida State House – where pro-lifers claim he used his “Title” to avoid prosecution when he failed to report suspected child abuse of a few young children he aborted (Story Below)

In 1988 South Florida abortionist Benjamin Graber, examined a 10-year-old girl whose father brought her in pregnant.

Graber performed an abortion on the child and returned her to the father who was later accused of raping her.

Despite mandatory reporting laws in the state of Florida, Graber did not inform the state of the possibility of incest at the time of the abortion, according to news reports.

Officials were never notified of the suspicion of abuse by Graber but found out only when hospital ER physicians examined the sister of the 10-year-old that Graber aborted who was taken to the emergency room for medical care.

By the time child protective services reached the children ( ages: 12,10,8 and 7 ) news reports indicated that the father had allegedly molested most of them.

This was two-years after the father brought the pregnant 10-year-old to Graber, for the abortion.
Joanne Richter, executive director of the Broward County Sexual Assault Treatment Center stated to the press that Graber should have been aware of the possibility of sexual abuse and called authorities.

Graber never faced any charges for failing to report the sexual abuse of this child. Some believe that his connections as a Florida State House Representative at the time played a role in the decision to not prosecute.

Years later, when abortionist Benjamin Graber decided to close one of his Graber Gynecological Affiliates medical offices in Pompano Beach, Florida where he performed abortions, he sought out another doctor to sub-lease the office, because he was still under a lease contract with the owners.

Graber arranged to sublease the office to another abortionist by the name of Vladimar Rosenthal who owned the Today’s Women’s Medical Centers (abortion clinics) in South Florida.

The Miami Herald had earlier reported that several former employees of Rosenthal went to the Herald complaining that that the conditions at Rosenthal’s clinics were not good for patients. The employees showed the paper records that Rosenthal was paying them commission to sell anesthesia at the door. The state inspected Rosenthal’s abortion clinic and found several obscene pictures of unconscience women with their legs apart belonging to Rosenthal’s male nurse.

Employees said they were fired when Rosenthal was told that they had complained about the conditions at the clinic to the National Abortion Federation.

Despite the fact that the above allegations were reported in South Florida newspapers, and on record with the State Department of Professional Regulations, Graber chose Rosenthal to sublease his office. In a letter explaining to the owner of the building why Graber chose to sublease the facility to Rosenthal, Graber described Rosenthal as, “an excellent tenant who has been successfully in practice for a number of years.”

It is important to note that Ben Graber “claims” he supports women’s rights to abortion – but former abortion clinic owner Joyce Tarnow may differ with Graber on that. Graber bailed on Tarnow years ago – leaving her to hold the bag on a lawsuit: ( You may want to read Joyce Tarnow’s Views on Haiti later by clicking here)

This article from the Ft. Lauderdale Sun-Sentinel explains the rift between Tarnow and Graber from years ago:

Clinic Owner Says Graber Not Paying His Share Of Fees
May 09, 1993|By Buddy Nevins
Is State Rep. Ben Graber putting money before women?

He is stiffing us. He is shafting us,“ said Joyce Tarnow, the owner of the Women`s Clinic in Oakland Park, where abortions are given.

It is revolutionary for Tarnow to throw darts at Graber, the pro-choice champion of the Broward legislative delegation and a physician who operates abortion clinics.

But that`s what happens when money is involved.

Graber`s clinic, Tarnow`s clinic and the Broward chapter of the National Organization for Women all were ordered to pay the attorney`s fees for the anti-abortion Moral Majority last month.

Broward Circuit Judge Arthur Birkin decided that the three had frivolously sued the Moral Majority and ordered them to fork over $22,138. If one doesn`t pay, the others must pick up the slack.

That`s where Graber comes in … or ducks out. He doesn`t want to pay and has attempted to shield himself through a corporation that is now defunct, according to Tarnow.

Graber, D-Coral Springs, did not return three calls for comment.

Here is a doctor who claims he is the friend of the pro-choice movement who is dumping on us. We can hardly afford to stay open, much less pay his share,“ Tarnow said.

Tarnow said the debt, which continues to increase as the Moral Majority attorney files motions to collect it, could drive her clinic out of business.

Broward NOW, which has an annual budget of about $12,000 , has already said it faces bankruptcy because of the award.
