Planned Parenthood uses Lady Liberty to promote agenda of limiting births of “the poor and huddled masses”

STatue of Liberty

Give me your tired, your poor, your huddled masses yearning to breathe free.”

These lines from Emma Lazarus’s sonnet, “The New Colossus” are inscribed on the Statue of Liberty and imprinted on the American consciousness.

But – eugenics founded abortion giant Planned Parenthood has decided to use the image of Lady Liberty to call for population control

Blogger Jill Stanek found this tweet from Planned Parenthood which shows the Statue of Liberty holding birth control pills:

PP Lady Liberty BC pills

Of course, this ties in perfectly with Planned Parenthood’s agenda because we all know that they “want the poor!” so they can guarantee they do not procreate !

In 1964, Planned Parenthood founder, Margaret Sanger said she believed that it would take the US Government to accept “Population Control” to convince other nations to do the same.

I just don’t have the feeling that we can control it,” the Planned Parenthood founder lamented about the population explosion.

“I don’t see how we can control the birth rate until we get the government to agree that this is something which should be taken seriously. Other countries feel that if our government is against it, it must be bad. Americans would be much more acceptable when they go abroad to work on the problem if we get our government to approve it- perhaps under some such term as population control,” Sanger stated.

Sanger 1965 Population Control

guttmachr

In a 1969 article in Medical World News Reports, former Planned Parenthood president Alan Guttmacher suggested the possibility that coercion will be used to control population, “Each country will have to decide its own form of coercion,” writes Guttmacher, “and determine when and how it should be employed. At present the available means are compulsory sterilization and compulsory abortion. Perhaps some day a way of enforcing compulsory birth control will be feasible”.

As late as 1970 Guttmacher called the idea of a limitation of families to only 2 children in America “desirable.”

This former Eugenics VP also suggested that the United Nations be brought in to control population, “ If you’re going to curb population, it’s extremely important not to have it done by the dammed Yankees, but by the UN. Because the thing is, then it’s not considered genocide. If the United States goes to the black man or the yellow man and says slow down your reproduction rate, we’re immediately suspected of having ulterior motives to keep the white man dominant in the world. If you can send in a colorful UN force, you’ve got much better leverage,” Guttmacher told Boston Magazine in 1970.

Sanger-membAES

Guttmacher was following in the steps of Planned Parenthood founder Margaret Sanger who in 1932, called for the U.S. government to set aside farms and what she called “open spaces” where certain groups of people would be segregated from the rest of society. She proposed that, among others, the illiterate, the unemployed and the poor should be forcibly kept in these areas until they developed “better moral conduct.” ~ The documentary film Maafa21.

Sanger called for parents to have a QUOTE: LICENSE TO BREED controlled by people who believed in her eugenic philosophy. She wanted all would be parents to go before her eugenic boards to request a “PERMIT TO BREED“. So much for Choice , huh?

Sanger also called for those who were poor and what she considered to be “morons and immoral‘ , to be shipped to colonies where they would live in “Farms and Open Spaces” dedicated to brainwashing these so-called “inferior types” into having what Sanger called, “Better moral conduct”.

Planned Parenthood founder Margaret Sanger once wrote that no one should have the right to bear a child and no permit for children shall give a couple the right the have more than one birth, requiring parents to obtain a “license to breed.”

In her “A License for Mothers to Have Babies” with the subtitle, “A code to stop the overproduction of children.” Sanger writes:

A marriage license shall in itself give husband and wife only the right to a common household and not the right to parenthood.

Article 4. No woman shall have the legal right to bear a child, and no man shall have the right to become a father, without a permit for parenthood.

Article 5. Permits for parenthood shall be issued upon application by city, county, or State authorities to married couples , providing the parents are financially able to support the expected child, have the qualifications needed for proper rearing of the child, have no transmissible diseases, and on the woman’s part, no medical indication that maternity is likely to result in death or permanent injury to health.

Article 6. No permit for parenthood shall be valid for more than one birth.

This idea that the government has to pay for the birth control of the poor is really part of a eugenics agenda that began many years ago and Planned Parenthood who has been knee deep in Eugenics since it’s founding knows it.

Margaret Sanger and Nancy Pelosi – 2 peas in a pod: Eugenics and Abortion

Pelosi Sanger 2 Peas ina Pod

Today Planned Parenthood, the nation’s largest abortion provider will give minority house leader their top award:the Margaret Sanger Award outraging many Americans.

Pelosi Ab Sacred Ground

Perhaps this award is payback for Pelosi nominating Planned PARENTHOOD’S prez, Cecile Richards, for Time’s Person of the Year – or it could be that Pelosi so eloquently implements the philosophy and agenda of Sanger and Planned Parenthood.

Nancy Pelosi Margaret Sanger Award

Pelosi loves abortion and once called it “sacred ground”

WHO IS MARGARET SANGER?

Sanger-membAES

Planned Parenthood founder, Margaret Sanger, was a member in good standing with the racist American Eugenics Society. Sanger had board members who were known for their racist writing and Sanger published many of those in her publications. In addition to her Birth Control advocacy, Margaret Sanger also pushed for euthanasia. (read here )

Sanger founded the American Birth Control League which later changed their name to Planned Parenthood in 1942. A documentary produced in 2009, Maafa21, detailed the racist and eugenics agenda of Margaret Sanger and even tied Planned Parenthood to racist eugenics boards. The film clearly showed that Sanger was NOT an honorable person but rather a biased racist who wanted to rid the world of those she deemed “defective”, “feebleminded” or “unfit.” Watch Maafa21 here for that history – http://www.maafa21.com.

Sanger also pushed for the “sterilization of defectives”

ABCL Proposes Sterilization

But wait….here is Nancy Pelosi claiming that “Family planing” is a stimulus because it “reduces costs” – Cost? Perhaps because she believes that it reduces those society deems “unfit?” One could assume, anyway.

Sanger wanted to merge the ABCL with the eugenics society:

NYT1925Merge ABCL Eugenics

Sanger called for parents to have a QUOTE: LICENSE TO BREED controlled by people who believed in her eugenic philosophy. She wanted all would be parents to go before her eugenic boards to request a “PERMIT TO BREED“.

Margaret Sanger once said, “More children from the fit, less from the unfit – that is the chief aim of birth control.” Birth Control Review, May 1919, p. 12

In Margaret Sanger’s, “Birth Control and Racial Betterment,” Feb 1919. Birth Control Review , Library of Congress Microfilm 131:0099B .
Sanger states, “Before eugenists and others who are laboring for racial betterment can succeed, they must first clear the way for Birth Control. Like the advocates of Birth Control, the eugenists, for instance, are seeking to assist the race toward the elimination of the unfit. Both are seeking a single end but they lay emphasis upon different methods.

Eugenists emphasize the mating of healthy couples for the conscious purpose of producing healthy children, the sterilization of the unfit to prevent their populating the world with their kind and they may, perhaps, agree with us that contraception is a necessary measure among the masses of the workers, where wages do not keep pace with the growth of the family and its necessities in the way of food, clothing, housing, medical attention, education and the like.

We who advocate Birth Control, on the other hand, lay all our emphasis upon stopping not only the reproduction of the unfit but upon stopping all reproduction when there is not economic means of providing proper care for those who are born in health. While I personally believe in the sterilization of the feeble-minded, the insane and syphilitic, I have not been able to discover that these measures are more than superficial deterrents when applied to the constantly growing stream of the unfitEugenics without Birth Control seems to us a house builded upon the sands. It is at the mercy of the rising stream of the unfit…

In 1964, Planned Parenthood founder, Margaret Sanger said she believed that it would take the US Government to accept “Population Control” to convince other nations to do the same.

I just don’t see how we can control the birth rate until we get the government to agree that this is something which should be taken seriously. Other countries feel that if our government is against it, it must be bad. Americans would be much more acceptable when they go abroad to work on the problem if we get our government to approve it- perhaps under some such term as population control,” Sanger stated.

Sanger 1965 Population Control

Sanger also called for those who were poor and what she considered to be “morons and immoral‘ , to be shipped to colonies where they would live in “Farms and Open Spaces” dedicated to brainwashing these so-called “inferior types” into having what Sanger called, “Better moral conduct”.

I consider that the world and almost our civilization for the next twenty-five years, is going to depend upon a simple, cheap, safe contraceptive to be used in poverty stricken slums, jungles, and among the most ignorant people. Even this will not be sufficient, because I believe that now, immediately, there should be national sterilization for certain dysgenic types of our population who are being encouraged to breed and would die out were the government not feeding them.
Planned Parenthood Founder, Margaret Sanger, 1950

In 1957 Planned Parenthood founder Margaret Sanger told Mike Wallace:

SANGER: I think the greatest sin in the world is bringing children into the world–that have disease from their parents, that have no chance in the world to be a human being practically. Delinquents, prisoners, all sorts of things just marked when they’re born. That to me is the greatest sin — that people can — can commit..

For the record – that convicted murderer and abortion doctor Kermit Gosnell once made the exact same point as Sanger – here.

MARGARET SANGER AWARD NAMED AFTER KLAN SPEAKER:

SANGERKKK2

Planned Parenthood’s top award is called the Margaret Sanger Award, despite the fact that Sanger was an admitted Klan speaker. This is what Sanger wrote in her autobiography, “I accepted an invitation to talk to the women’s branch of the Ku Klux Klan…I saw through the door dim figures parading with banners and illuminated crosses…I was escorted to the platform, was introduced, and began to speak…In the end, through simple illustrations I believed I had accomplished my purpose. A dozen invitations to speak to similar groups were proffered.” (Margaret Sanger: An Autobiography, P.366 Read it here http://library.lifedynamics.com//Autobiography/Chapter%2029.pdf)

And….Nancy Pelosi will receive this award named after a Klan Speaker ! And one would ask, where is Jesse Jackson, Al Sharpton and the NAACP to condemn this? Perhaps the media will tell us – or- perhaps all are okay with this. Let’s wait and see…I won’t hold my breath.

guttmachr As late as 1970, former Planned Parenthood president Alan Guttmacher called the idea of a limitation of families to only 2 children in America “desirable.”

Guttmacher endorses Force Full Article

The statement was made to a Sarasota paper while he was speaking under the sponsorship of Planned Parenthood of Sarasota County, Inc.

Alan Guttmacher, who was the residing president of Planned Parenthood World-Population at the time, sat down with Sarasota Herald Tribune reporter, Lee McCall for an interview.

Guttmacher told McCall that Planned Parenthood was an “excellent organization.”

McCall reports that Guttmacher pointed out that even though there have been discussions of limiting families to 2.2 children for what we would consider a forced population control system, Guttmacher said it was inadvisable for Planned Parenthood because it would essentially cause a public relations backlash among Americans and especially minorities who see this language as genocide and eugenics. Planned Parenthood was knee deep in Eugenics and Guttmacher knew the sensitivity of how the minority black community felt about population control which we have documented before (here).

Planned Parenthood president, Alan Guttmacher told the paper, “It would be difficult. In the first place it would probably split the organization. Also we would have trouble with minority groups accepting this. So even though the plan may be desirable and would make us a stronger nation, a less polluted nation, I feel it would be strategically unwise at this time.”

Guttmacher endorses force

Guttmacher goes on to endorse a plan that he says would work, ABORTION, “If we could get the abortion law liberalized, most of the 750,000 unwanted pregnancies would not lead to babies…”he stated.

Guttmacher VP AES article
The same year, Planned Parenthood president Alan Guttmacher, who was a former vice-president of the American Eugenics Society, told Boston Magazine that the United Nations should be the organization the United States used to carry out population control programs worldwide.

GuttmacherColorfulUNForce
Guttmacher explained his reasoning, “ If you’re going to curb population, it’s extremely important not to have it done by the dammed Yankees, but by the UN. Because the thing is, then it’s not considered genocide. If the United States goes to the black man or the yellow man and says slow down your reproduction rate, we’re immediately suspected of having ulterior motives to keep the white man dominant in the world. If you can send in a colorful UN force, you’ve got much better leverage.

Earlier in 1966, Guttmacher compared the world population with the threat of nuclear war and told the Washington Post that governments may have to act officially to limit families “It may be taken out of the voluntary category“, Guttmacher said.

That created a huge backlash which set off accusations again by minority communities that Planned Parenthood was wanting to limit families especially black ones.

In an attempt to squelch that – Guttmacher denied that he wanted family limitation- and the media published the lies hook, line and sinker.

Guttmacher denies wanting to limit families

In 1971, Guttmacher again railed on about the importance of government limiting the size of families and said the government had been “niggardly” in their attempts to combat over-population. By then the backlash against force had begun so, Guttmacher began to advocate for “Volunteerism” as a PR way to get his population control measures received.

In a 1969 article in Medical World News Reports, Guttmacher sees the possibility that coercion will be used to control population, “Each country will have to decide its own form of coercion,” writes Guttmacher, “and determine when and how it should be employed. At present the available means are compulsory sterilization and compulsory abortion. Perhaps some day a way of enforcing compulsory birth control will be feasible. ”

Sanger Farms and Open Spaces

This strange idea was opposed opposed by many.

License to Breed Sanger Bizarre Ideas

Maafa21 details the use of force for population control.

The idea of Forced Population Control not a new concept as I detail here.

Hardin AES

In another example from 1969, a professor at the University of California, Dr. Garrett Hardin, called it insanity to rely on voluntarism to control population. Hardin was a member of the American Eugenics Society and an outspoken advocate of government enforced birth control saying that citizens should be willing to give up their right to breed for the betterment of society. In 1980, he was given Planned Parenthood’s highest national award.

shockley In 1967 when eugenicist and Nobel Prize winner, Dr. William Shockley, caused a national uproar when he stated that it was a waste of taxpayer money to create better schools and welfare programs for what he called “Ghetto Negroes.” He claimed to have research showing that people of African descent are genetically inferior to whites in intelligence and simply not smart enough to take advantage of programs designed to help them.

To save tax money, he proposed that the U.S. government implement forced birth control to lower the reproduction of the inferior classes and then issue certificates to become pregnant that would be sold on the New York stock exchange. Shockley was a national committee member of Planned Parenthood and a featured speaker at at least one Planned Parenthood conference.

In 1972, Minkler made this astonishing statement, “We hope that the restraint of population growth can come about through voluntary means: but, if it does not, involuntary methods will be used.”

Beyond FP Berleson

In 1969, the Population Council’s President, Bernard Berelson, published an article suggesting that if voluntary methods of birth control were not successful, it may become necessary for the government to put a “fertility control agent” in the water supplies of “urban” neighborhoods.

On December 10, 1974, the United States National Security Council promulgated National Security Study Memorandum 200 (NSSM-200), also called The Kissinger Report. This document explicitly laid out a detailed strategy by which the United States would aggressively promote population control in developing nations in order to regulate (or have better access to) the natural resources of these countries.

In order to protect U.S. commercial interests, NSSM-200 cited a number of factors that could interrupt the smooth flow of materials from lesser-developed countries, LDCs as it called them, to the United States, including a large population of anti-imperialist youth, who must, according to NSSM-200, be limited by population control. The document identified 13 nations by name that would be primary targets of U.S.-funded population control efforts.

According to NSSM-200, elements of the implementation of population control programs could include: a) the legalization of abortion; b) financial incentives for countries to increase their abortion, sterilization and contraception-use rates; c) indoctrination of children; and d) mandatory population control, and coercion of other forms, such as withholding disaster and food aid unless an LDC implements population control programs.

While the CIA and Departments of State and Defense have issued hundreds of papers on population control and national security, the U.S. government has never renounced NSSM-200, but has only amended certain portions of its policy. NSSM-200, therefore, remains the foundational document on population control issued by the United States government.

Then , if these don’t succeed, we may have to go into some kind of coercion, not worldwide, but possibly in such places as India, Pakistan, and Indonesia, where pressures are the greatest…There is no question that birth rates can be reduced all over the world if legal abortion is introduced…” ( SOURCE: Family Planning: The needa and the Methods, by: Alan F. The idea of forced eugenics was not something that suddenly developed in the 1970s.

Samuel Holmes Maafa21

In a 1929 speech, American eugenicist Samuel Holmes had proposed that mandatory birth control should be used as a tool to eliminate what he called the menace to the white race that had been created by increases in black population. His solution was to have a quota system in which the right to have a child would be controlled by the government and determined by race. At the time, Holmes was on the National Council of the American Birth Control League which would later become known as Planned Parenthood.

He also called for the forced sterilization of anyone who was unemployed beyond a certain length of time. Dr. Donald Aitken

Astrophysicist Dr. Donald Aitken said: “I’d like to see Mr. Nixon, stand up a few years from now and say,’Nothing has happened. Population must be controlled. We must set an example. .
” ‘So the government has to step in arid tamper with religious and personal convictions— and maybe even impose penalties for every child a family has beyond two.”

Kenneth E. Boulding

University of ‘ Colorado’s Prof, of Economics Kenneth E. Boulding has proposed a system of “Marketable licenses” to have children as the only one which will combine the minimum of social controversy necessary to the solution of the problem, with a maximum of individual liberty’and ethical choice.

Dr. Walter E. Howard

Dr. Walter E. Howard, professor of wildlife biology at the University of California at Davis, told a meeting of the American Association for the Advancement of Science he
thinks the public is not ready for laws concerning reproduction, but that “in time government controls must come.”
Procreation could no longer be considered a private matter, he said, adding, “Once the public becomes informed, I believe a social stigma will develop against large families.
Couples will be embarrassed to have more than one or two children in the very near future.”

Edgar Chasteen

Edgar Chasteen , founder of Compulsory Birth Control for All Americans, said: “Freedom will be the death of us all; if only we can recognize how necessary compulsion is to our society.”

Dr. Malcolm Potts

The menace of the world population e x p l o s i o n , said another speaker, Dr. Malcolm Potts, is so enormous that the alternative to a concerted, rational program now might well be “the government putting hormones in the water supply in 1984 or carrying me off for a forcible vasectomy (sterilization operation) because I had two children.”

From the public health viewpoint, he said, “I stand by my deliberately provocative statement that the pill should be in vending machines and cigarettes on prescription, According to an article in the “WINNIPEG FREE PRESS, WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 19, 1969

Waterloo Daily
REPORTER:

On October 7,1971 the Waterloo Doily Courier, Waterloo, Iowa, reported that a reporter for Black Hawk County District Court Judges Ralph Hasner (deceased) and George Heath, responded to a two-part Waterloo Courier series last May on Black Hawk County welfare spending with this suggestion:
‘•Seems to me the best bet for the taxpayer would be to require that any woman be sterilized after the birth of her second illegitimate child. Also, the father of child number two should be sterilized. Then at least no more would be produced.” Jensen, now living in Colorado, admits that “perhaps” he was being “too tough.”,But he also suggested that
people should “get mad enough that they will insist on sterilization. Then deliberately having child after child as a means of making a living will go out of style.”

Judge Blair Wood

Black Hawk County District Judge Blair Wood is one who sees possible legal support for compulsory sterilization or birth control.
“Three factors seem to support a form of compulsory sterilization — a long – term shot or pill is after all merely temporary sterilization,” says Judge Wood.

Judge Wood also thinks a long-lasting birth control shot “would be more palatable to the court than irreversible sterilization. “Then the court could take another look at each individual situation after six months or a year and decide whether another shot was needed in order to extend that person’s temporary sterilization for another six months or year.”

It would free our cities from much of their crushing welfare burden. “So let’s target our population control on the least responsible instead of the most responsible people,” he urges.
“Let’s put. the sacredness of human life back in the center of our morality and stop all. these abortions. Let’s allow people to have as many children as their hearts have room for, and still reduce our population. In short, let’s find something to put in the water.”

JOHN HOLDREN

Current White House science advisor John P. Holdren co-wrote the 1977 textbook Ecoscience, which lays out in detail a wide-array of coercive and voluntary-submission population control methods. One of the most drastic is that of “Adding a sterilant to drinking water or staple foods” (p. 787). Other drastic proposals include starving the poor by consolidating the global food supply and depriving nations who don’t meet population reduction goals of proportionate food rations (p. 942-3).

Frederick S. Jaffe

jaffe-memo

Putting sterilants in the water, though, dates back further to a 1969 memo sent in private from Planned Parenthood VP Frederick S. Jaffe to the Rockefeller-created Population Council’s President Bernard Berelson. It advocated drastic coercive measures including “Fertility control agents in water supply” and “encourage increased homosexuality.” But much of the one-page memo also aimed to dangle state benefits over expectant mothers to encourage abortions, sterilization and birth control through payments, tax credits and public housing policies.

Both Jaffe and Berelson are recipients of the Margaret Sanger Award for their population control work. Rockefeller-funded Sanger is a classical Eugenicist, and the founder of the Birth Control League that later transformed into Planned Parenthood. She was a key player in the highly inflammatory “Negro Project” (to reduce numbers in the black population) wherein she bluntly wrote in 1939 that “We do not want word to go out that we want to exterminate the Negro population, and the minister is the man who can straighten out that idea if it ever occurs to any of their more rebellious members.”

In 2012, The Detroit News published a call to add contraceptives to the water supply, a dangerous and repugnant proposal for gross state power over life and death– all in the name of fighting the “breeding poverty” of the welfare class. Editorial page editor Nolan Finley writes:
“Since the national attention is on birth control, here’s my idea: If we want to fight poverty, reduce violent crime and bring down our embarrassing drop-out rate, we should swap contraceptives for fluoride in Michigan’s drinking water.“

Eugenicists In California Trained The Nazi Party, posted with vodpod

NOTE the book “Sterilization for Human Betterment” mentioned in this CNN Piece above, that was used to train Nazis was written by ES Gosney and Paul Popenoe – two people Planned Parenthood founder Margaret Sanger spoke highly about in her Birth Control Review:

In the April 1933 BCR – it states, “THE following two bills were prepared by the
Human Betterment Foundation as a revision of the California sterilization is President E S Gosney of this foundation states that bills of this
type, if adopted in any state, would probably cover satisfactorily for the present the necessity of providing not merely for the sterilization of patients In any state hospital or institution but also for sterilization of the indigent the defectives not committed legally, who particularly need and desire such sterilization.”

And in July , 1931, Gosney was published by Sanger’s BCR again about Sterilizations and Contraception and he writes this in support of state forced sterilization , Eugenic sterilization is applied by the state to persons who are, for the most part, Irresponsible Contraceptives can be used only voluntarily by people who are responsible.”

Read this lovely letter by : E.S. Gosney (Human Betterment Foundation) letter to L.I. Dublin (Metropolitan Life Insurance Company), about pending NY sterilization bill (5/8/1934)

We are advised that a sterilization bill is being prepared for introduction in the next session of your state legislature. The basic reasons for such a law are deep-rooted in the problem of race progress or degeneracy; therefore should be of interest to every earnest citizen. Knowing the wide-spread misunderstanding as to the purpose and results of eugenic sterilization, we should be glad to aid in disseminating the facts proved by California’s twenty-five years experience. Can you tell us something of the trend of public sentiment on this measure, the opposition to the bill, if any, and the parties actively interested in it? Cordially yours, [signed] E. S. Gosney, President B [handwritten in] Note to Davenport [end]

Paul Popenoe was on the 1938 Committee for Planned Parenthood – Published in Margaret Sanger’s Birth Control Review- April 1938 , He was also on Margaret Sanger’s Birth Control Federation Advisory Board in 1939, the American Birth Control later changed its name to Planned Parenthood.

The German Sterilization Law,”” by Paul Popenoe, The Journal of Heredity, American Genetic Association, page 257″

The German Sterilization Law By Paul Popenoe Human Betterment Foundation,

Pasadena Germany’s eugenic sterilization law, which went into effect on January 1, 1934, is no hasty improvisation of the Nazi regime. It has been taking shape gradually during many years, in the discussions of eugenicists. From one point of view, it is merely an accident that it happened to be the Hitler administration which was ready to put into effect the recommendations of specialists. But Hitler himself – though a bachelor – has long been a convinced advocate of race betterment through eugenic measures. Probably his earlier thinking was colored by Nietzsche, but he studied the subject more thoroughly during his years in prison, following the abortive revolutionary movement of 1923.

Here, it is said, he came into possession of the two-volume text on heredity and eugenics, by E. Baur, E. Fischer, and F. Lenz, which is the best-known statement of eugenics in the German language, and evidently studied it to good purpose.

In his book, “Mein Kampf”, most of which was written during these prison years, and which outlines most of the policies since adopted by the Nazis as a political party, he bases his hopes of national regeneration solidly on the application of biological principles to human society. “He who is not sound and worthy in body and mind, should not perpetuate his handicaps in the bodies of his children,” Hitler declares in this book. “The state must take care that only he who is sound shall be a parent. “To prevent defective persons from producing equally defective offspring, is an act dictated by the clearest light of reason. Its carrying out is the most human act of mankind. It would prevent the unmerited suffering of millions of persons, and above all would, in the end, result in a steady increase in human welfare.”

That he has no illusions about producing immediate and miraculous results, but is taking the long time view, is evidenced by his remark that “If for only 600 years the reproduction of the physically defective and mentally diseased were prevented, not only would mankind be freed from an unmeasurable misery, but it would reach a vigor which today is hardly dreamed of. “In an age when races are poisoning themselves,” he concludes, “any state which devotes itself to the care of its best racial elements must some day dominate the earth.” He recognizes, however, that negative measures are not enough to safeguard the racial values of a people.

There must be an encouragement of sound parenthood, and he declares that “the fertility of sound women must not be limited by the disgusting materialism which transforms the blessing of children into a curse for their parents.” While he points clearly to the need for financial reforms, such as the family wage, he seems to lay the greatest stress on educational changes and reforms in public opinion, that will promote earlier marriage and larger families among the fit. Since the Nazis came into full power, changes have been so frequent that it has been difficult to keep track of them. The sterilization law was one of the first eugenic measures to be adopted. Its text, in full, is as follows:
Section I (1) Anyone with hereditary disease may be rendered sterile by surgical means, when, according to medical experience, it is highly probably that the offspring of such person will suffer from sever inherited mental of bodily disorders.
(2) The law applies to all who suffer

Planned Parenthood founder Margaret Sanger quoted in news video on Forced Sterilizations and Eugenics

Woman seeks restitution for eugenic sterilization, posted with vodpod

Planned Parenthood founder, Margaret Sanger, was a member in good standing with the racist American Eugenics Society. Sanger had board members who were known for their racist writing and Sanger published many of those in her publications.

In addition, Planned Parenthood’s top award is called the Margaret Sanger Award, despite the fact that Sanger was an admitted Klan speaker.

Planned Parenthood Board Member Ellen Chesler excuses Sanger’s racism as “Well Intentioned”

In an article published in SALON: By Ellen Chesler and entitled: “Was Planned Parenthood’s founder racist?” author Ellen Chesler, excuses the racism and eugenics connections to Planned Parenthood’s founder Margaret Sanger as Well Intentioned.

It is interesting, that according to her bio online, Chesler also serves on the board of the Planned Parenthood Federation of America.…sort of makes one a bit suspicious of the information, doesn’t it?

Chesler deliberately misleads her readers with massive praises for Margaret Sanger ( Planned Parenthood Founder) bundled up in several paragraphs before making this outrageous statement:

Chesler writes, “Sanger’s eagerness to mainstream her movement explains her engagement with eugenics, a then widely popular intellectual movement that addressed the manner in which human intelligence and opportunity is determined by biological as well as environmental factors. Hard as it is to believe, eugenics was considered far more respectable than birth control. Like many well-intentioned reformers of this era, Sanger took away from Charles Darwin the essentially optimistic lesson that humanity’s evolution within the animal kingdom makes us all capable of improvement if only we apply the right tools. University presidents, physicians, scientists and public officials all embraced eugenics, in part because it held the promise that merit would replace fate — or birthright and social status — as the standard for mobility in a democratic society.”

Chesler continues in her defense of Sanger: “For Sanger, eugenics was meant to begin with the voluntary use of birth control, which many still opposed on the grounds that the middle class should be encouraged to have more babies. She countered by disdaining what she called a “cradle competition” of class, race, or ethnicity. She publicly opposed immigration restrictions and framed poverty as a matter of differential access to resources like birth control, not as the immutable consequence of low inherent ability or character.”

What Chesler conveniently leaves out of the article is the FACT That Sanger HERSELF admitted that she gave speeches to the Ku Klux Klan so rousing that she was invited over a dozen times to speak to them. THE KLAN - Imagine that !!!! Does Chesler only praise Klan Speakers she agrees with?

You can Read Chesler’s article here or you can read Sanger’s own words in her writings here and below, I will set the record straight on Margaret Sanger’s Racism:

2011 Catherine Davis, founder of the Restoration Project. “Something is wrong, when those elected to protect the interests of their constituents turn a blind eye to the horrific impact that abortion is wreaking on the black community. In New York City, for every 1,000 black babies born alive, 1,489 are aborted. In Washington, D.C. for every 100 black babies born alive, 165 are aborted! Something is wrong!”

2011- Catherine Davis of the Restoration Project says, “The Congressional Black Caucus (CBC) has long told the black community they are “leading our communities and country with passion and commitment” assuring us that they “… continuously strive to be a voice for the voiceless, earning the moniker “the conscience of the Congress” (Emmanuel Cleaver, III, Chairman, Congressional Black Caucus). Yet, neither the CBC, nor its members from Georgia has examined abortion’s impact on the people they serve. Instead they have turned a blind eye to abortion’s impact by voting for legislation that promotes and supports abortion. They have betrayed their constituents instead giving “voice” to the abortionists as they prey on Georgia’s black women and target our children. They refuse to examine the disproportionate number of abortions on black women. They do not seek explanation for abortion’s depopulation effect on us. Each is rated 100% by the National Abortion Rights Action League (NARAL), indicating a pro-abortion voting record. Georgia is among the states leading in abortions on black women and our members of the CBC will not question why. They will not discuss the fact that one hundred percent of Georgia’s abortion clinics are in urban areas where blacks reside. We demand they begin to ask why!”

2011 “Planned Parenthood has also been both witness to and architect of a long-term campaign to reduce, if not eliminate entirely, the Black population of the U.S.A. based on its eugenics ideology. Margaret Sanger even famously wrote a letter stating that anti-Black objective in 1939, just before her giving birth to the Planned Parenthood Federation. The Black community needs to look at this non-profit/ for-profit entity with a very careful and rueful eye. It has indeed been and is dangerous to our well being and should be known by that fact. All of our enemies are not dressed like wolves.” Professor David L. 2011Speaking of Planned Parenthood’s placement of clinics in black neighborhoods-“There was never any Caucasian project or Latino project or Asian project. There was only the Negro Project to reduce the birthrate of poorer blacks. That’s an important point because what they have done, instead of looking at the actual substantive issue, looking at the history, looking at today’s statistics and the continued targeting, they don’t engage in the conversation at all. And I think it’s a shame because abortion affects all of us. It’s not just a women’s issue, it’s a human issue that profoundly impacts all of us.” Ryan Bomberger, President Radiance Foundation

It’s pro-choice for them.'”

Is it not highly illogical for some people to talk of some whales, and the chimpanzees, and trees as ‘endangered species’ which must be preserved — and if you torture a dog in some countries you will be brought to court for your cruelty to animals — while the killing of unborn babies is labeled ‘pro-choice’ instead of what it is: murder? 2011 “In its 2008 tax filing, Planned Parenthood acknowledged their mission is to achieve a ‘US population of stable size.’ What that means to black people,” said Connie Eller of Missouri Blacks for Life, is they will continue to prey upon black women and children. We say no more, no way.”

2011 “There are things the black community does not like to talk about publicly, which is why Bill Cosby took a whipping when he called for an internal conversation about an abdication of parental and community responsibility for an epidemic of negative behavior and outcomes…And watch out if we dare to mutter that the No. 1 killer of African-Americans is not hate crime, black-on black crime, cancer or AIDS. 2011 Between abortion and black-on-black crime, as a people group we’re exterminating ourselves. We’re not loving our children in the womb or outside of the womb. So I have to do whatever it is that I can do to help save babies’ lives and to make an impact on our culture. We’ve become a culture of death — and I want to be one of those used by God to move us from a culture of death to a culture of life. Less than two percent of the African-American population is involved actively in the pro-life movement. So any of the babies who have been saved — our babies — have been because there’s been people who aren’t concerned about the color. 2011 “I support de-funding Planned Parenthood…You probably don’t hear a lot of people talking about this,When Margaret Sanger – check my history – started Planned Parenthood, the objective was to put these centers in primarily black communities so they could help kill black babies before they came into the world. It’s planned genocide…It’s carrying out its original mission, I’ve talked to young girls who go in there, and they [Planned Parenthood] don’t talk about how you plan parenthood. They don’t talk about adoption as an option. They don’t say, ‘Well, bring your parents in so we can sit down and talk with you, and counsel with you before you make this decision….When they [Planned Parenthood] have an objective to put 75 percent [Planned Parenthood facilities] in African American communities, says to me they are targeting blacks. They are doing the same thing at the other 25 percent, I guess.” Herman Cain, former CEO of Godfather’s Pizza and 2012 possible Presidential candidate

2011 “Babies are the new 2nd class citizens. We are still being lynched, but instead of being hung in a tree, we are lynched in the womb. 2011- “I’m not calling them [abortion] clinics. They are slaughterhouses. We have got to do something. 2011- LaVern Tolbert, Former Board member of Planned Parenthood now opposes their agenda, “In 1970 the Department of Health, Education and Welfare (as it was called then, now it’s called the Department of Health and Human Services) with President Nixon, mandated a commission on population and the American future …They looked at how the Black community was expanding. Remember in the 1970s and ’60s, everyone had large families but especially Blacks. We (would have) eight or nine children. And so, they determined that since Black women were so fertile, there had to be a plan to keep us from having so many babies,” she said. “When I first became a board member, I thought what everyone else thought: that (the baby) was a mass of tissue. And I felt that every woman had a right to have an abortion, that it was a matter of choice. At that time in the early ’70s, we knew little about abortion….We didn’t have the information we have now. But while I was on the board, I received documents that detailed how abortions were performed.” Tolbert also noticed something else: She said that while she was on the board, a death certificate had to be issued for every abortion that was performed. “And I thought, ‘Well, a death certificate is only required if it’s a living a being. So, (when you) talk about it being a mass of tissue, how can that be when a death certificate is required?’ When I read how abortions were performed, I came back to the board meeting and I protested….This is traumatic for the mother and the baby.’ And, I was told that it was not traumatic, and then I started looking around the room and wondering why abortion was more necessary for Black women …

2011 Back in the 1960s, many of the radical pro-black revolutionaries (Black Panthers, Black Muslims) and other anti-government, anti-white organizations proclaimed that birth control was just another form of genocide… Little did they know how right they were.Recently, some black preachers finally came out not against abortion per se, but merely against the location of Planned Parenthood centers in black communities. It seems the murder of blacks is only a consideration for black preachers or other leaders when they are killed by white or Hispanic cops. They will march, protest and call press conferences every time a cop shoots a black criminal…So it is no surprise that when President Barack Obama was in the Illinois Legislature, he voted to allow abortions in the third trimester… It is also no surprise that the very first bill Obama signed as President was to reverse President George Bush’s decree and give our tax dollars again to those non-governmental organizations (NGOs) which perform abortions in third world countries. There has not been a word of protest from the Christian leadership. Their collaboration with Planned Parenthood, an organization created by an atheistic eugenics Socialist whose prime directive is the murder of millions of unborn children, is the very antithesis of the gospel of Jesus Christ that they preach. So who will stop the cold-blooded murder of millions of unborn black children?” Barbara Howard is a political consultant, radio host and commentator and motivational speaker. 2011- “Under the guise of family planning, black babies have been aborted at 5x the rate of whites, yet Planned Parenthood clamors for more, wanting taxpayer dollars to continue funding their genocidal agenda. As they rush to turn 100% of their clinics into abortion mills and build larger facilities in urban areas where blacks reside, it is clear they are carrying out their founder’s Negro Project, designed to control black births.” Arnold Culbreath of Protecting Black Life.

2011: Kevin McGary, author of “Instanity!, “Abortion has everything to do with human right, it has everything to do with civil rights, it has everything to do with social justice. If you’re sincere about racism, this is the pivotal issue.” McGary estimated that 94 percent of Planned Parenthood’s clinics are placed in African American neighborhoods. “Forty percent of all abortions are being performed on African American children,” he said. Noting African Americans make up 12 percent of the population, and estimating that women of childbearing age make up 3 percent of the population, “23 million people have been denied life,” he said. “How can we have principled people that ignore this issue?” he asked, noting that the NAACP, Congressional Black Caucus and council of black churches remain silent on the issue of abortion. 2011- Rev.-Dr. Christopher A. 2011- “The documentary film, “Maafa 21: Black Genocide in 21st Century America” exposes the evil and ongoing ties between racism, eugenics, population control, forced sterilization and ultimately, abortion. 2011- “Regarding abortion, we in the black community have been hiding our heads in a pot of collards for too long!”That’s a white thing”, we say. “We don’t kill our own!”, is another. The sad fact is we do and as long as the spiritual, political, cultural and media gatekeepers, cut-off the information we need- abortion will continue. We are a resilient people, we’re still here, but if this keeps up there will be a lot fewer of us!”– Rev. 2011 We must face the truth no matter how painful and unsettling. Abortion kills black children at an alarming rate. We have seen the horrors of abortion in the bloody trash cans behind abortion facilities, in online abortion videos, and in the photographs of dismembered babies. We have seen the killing fields — and we must pray and work in Christ to end the killing of God’s smallest children.” Day Gardner, President, National Black Pro-life Union

2011 Look around you. For every three African Americans you see, there’s one who’s not here because of abortion. Infinitely valuable, precious children, brothers, and sisters have been sacrificed for immediate personal comfort and safety. I say, in love, we cannot go on this way.”Dr. Alveda King, Pastoral Associate for Priests for Life

2010 - Dr. Alveda King: “Abortion is genocide, it’s killing populations. It’s killing generations and certainly the population that is most impacted by abortion in America is the black community. So I feel that as a civil rights leader I have responsibility to proclaim that black Americans are being exterminated by the genocidal acts of abortion.” ( SOURCE: Naples Daily News: Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.’s niece speaks about injustice of abortions at Ave Maria 6/20/1010)

2010- African American Pastor Ronnie Wallace took some pretty extreme measures to preach to women walking inside an abortion clinic in Charlotte, North Carolina. Pastor Wallace has protested outside the Family Reproductive Health Abortion Clinic on Hebron Street for years. He says he was forced to climb into a tree when police officers asked him to get off a step ladder in which he sitting on to preach. On July 17, cops would not allow Wallace to drive his pickup onto the public right-of-way to preach which he says he has been able to do for years. Instead, he sat on a step ladder to preach to the people. Police asked him to come down and arrested him when he refused to comply. Wallace told the cops they were violating his first amendment right. ( Source: WBTV)

2010 Judge Cheryl Allen, sitting judge on the Superior Court of Pennsylvania “Most people tend to believe that Planned Parenthood is in the African American Community to help, but they are not there to help, they are there to make abortion more accessible to black people…The African American population in this country is roughly 12% and yet 37,38% of all of the abortions performed in this country are performed on African American Women. …I think Planned Parenthood, if you look at its history; this [eugenics/black genocide] has been their goal from the beginning. It was the American Eugenics movement; it changed its name to Planned Parenthood …” (Source: interview on His Place TV)

2010: “Racism and abortion are twins in many other ways. Racism springs from the lie that certain human beings are less than fully human. It’s a self-centered falsehood that corrupts our minds into believing we are right to treat others as we would not want to be treated. So it is with abortion. ” (Dr. Alveda King, niece of Martin Luther King)

2010 ” Perhaps there is nothing more sinister than a deception designed to cause those targeted to participate in a deep dark plot to facilitate in their own demise. This is exactly what’s happening to black people in America through the efforts of the eugenics movement, Planned Parenthood and the abortion industry…The eugenicists and Planned Parenthood are winning the day. When will we push back against these elitists and stop our extermination?” (Pastor Stephen Broden, Dallas, TX)

2010 Dr. William R. Glaze, Sr. Pastor, Bethany Baptist Church- Pitts, Pa “The sad thing is that most African Americans don’t know that abortion is the leading cause of death within the African American Community and when we get a chance to show this video [Maafa21] to them with them, they’re shocked…Personally I’m on a crusade and the crusade that I’m on is to make African American leaders, especially pastors aware of this Black Genocide [from abortion]. One of the things we did, we invited influential members of the African American Community and showed them clips of Maafa21 and talked about it, almost to a person, they said ‘we didn’t know this was going on’, and Pastors began to see how they could show the film [Maafa21] to their congregations other people were going to address it at other levels, so personally I want to see more and more people become aware of this and we’re planning another luncheon to invite more Pastors and leaders to expose them to this genocide that’s taking place.” (Source: interview on His Place TV)

2010: “Abortion providers are still being located for the most part in black neighborhoods and are still delivering the same old message–that black, poor children, living in urban areas–are not worthy of life. America would be a better place without black people. The KKK brutally killed about 3500 black people since it began in 1865–Margaret Sanger’s Planned Parenthood is responsible for the more than 17 million black deaths since 1973. ” ( Day Gardner National Black Pro-Life Union)

2010: “Today, this African American pastor is declaring war against Planned Parenthood,” said Rev. Joe Ellison, vice president of the Council on Biblical Principles. “We’re asking pastors to shut them down in their communities. We’re asking pastors to pray them out and we’re asking Planned Parenthood to leave our children alone.”

2010: “There are conspiracy theories about AIDS and crack cocaine being intentionally inflicted on Blacks. What about abortion? Is there a secret KKK-Planned Parenthood alliance to extinguish the Black race in America? It’s unlikely the Grand Imperial Wizard has clandestine meetings with the president of the nation’s largest abortion provider, but Planned Parenthood founder Margaret Sanger did once address the women’s auxiliary of the KKK…Surely no one now still thinks the same way as Sanger, right? Wrong. Just recently, Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg said in an New York Times interview: “Frankly, I had thought that at the time Roe was decided, there was concern about population growth and particularly growth in populations that we don’t want to have too many of.” ( R. Dozier Gray , member of the national advisory council for the Project 21 Black leadership network)

2010: Chicago Auxiliary Bishop Joseph Perry describes in a written statement/talk how the black community in general has been profoundly affected by abortion. Bishop Perry, who is African-American, writes: “Abortion killed at least 203,991 blacks in the 36 states and two cities (New York City and the District of Columbia) that reported abortions by race in 2005, according to the CDC. During that same year, according to the CDC, a total of 198,385 blacks nationwide died from heart disease, cancer, strokes, accidents, diabetes, homicide and chronic lower respiratory diseases combined. These were the seven leading causes of death charted for black Americans that year.” Bishop Perry also notes that the abortion industry specifically targets the black community. He writes: “Dr. Alveda King, niece of slain Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., is a pro-life activist. In August 2007, she told a meeting of Priests for Life ‘those abortionists plant their killing centers in minority neighborhoods and prey upon women who think they have no hope…. the great irony is that abortion has done what the Klan only dreamed of.” http://www.renewamerica.com/columns/abbott/100312

2010: “Black Americans were brought to America in chains. After emancipation, we were subject to unfair laws restricting promised freedoms. Discrimination further robbed us of opportunity. Now, even with a level playing field, abortion is still pushing blacks into a corner. While the United States economy remains on the brink, blacks – who, as a community, are making their way up the socio-economic ladder – stand to lose the most. In promoting abortion, there is much more to lose than just our morality. Our very futures may lie in the balance. ( Mychal Massie , chairman of the black leadership network Project 21)

2010: “During the Civil Rights movement African-American’s were willing to be hosed down by Fire Departments, bitten by dogs, beaten by police officers, unjustly incarcerated, financially ruined and lynched by racist white folk to secure access to water fountains, restrooms and seats in the front of the bus…Today an African-American child has less than a 50% chance of being born.Every 72 seconds an African-American baby’s life is terminated by abortion.” ( African American Pastor, Walter Hoye)

2010: “Reciting facts such as “abortion is the leading cause of death in the black community,” and “black women are three times more likely to be sold an abortion than her white counterpart” didn’t seem adequate to break through the veneer that covered the eyes of black liberals and caused them to view abortion as more a basic right than an instrument of racist evil. To be honest, I began to give up hope that anything we could present would ever be enough to break through the deep-rooted skepticism that was manifesting itself in illogical political alliances between perpetrators and victims in defense of legalized abortion. Until I saw Maafa 21.” (Reverend Ceasar I. LeFlore III)

2005- In a recent survey of 500 black Americans, only half believed that the government tells the truth about the safety and side effects of new birth control methods.
Birth control conspiracy theories still affect the use of birth control by black men and women, according to a study reported in the latest issue of the journal Health Education and Behavior.
One-third of participants of the telephone survey said that medical institutions use poor and minority people as “guinea pigs”to try out new birth control methods, according to study authors Sheryl Thorburn of Oregon State University and Laura Bogart of the Rand Corporation. Substantial numbers of those surveyed also believed that the government uses birth control as a way to control the black population in America. Almost a quarter of those surveyed agreed that “poor and minority women are sometimes forced to be sterilized by the government”, while 22 percent agreed that “the government’s family planning policies are intended to control the number of Black people.”

1990 As head of the Black Health Group , Black Health Coalition of Wisconsin, Patricia McManus, sharply criticized Planned Parenthood of Wisconsin Officials, for their plans to establish a clinic in a largely black neighborhood. Some members of the black community thought the proposed clinic would be the one to offer abortions , and after an angry exchange with Planed Parenthood , plans for the clinic were dropped. Some of these quotes are from a new film on Eugenics and Population Control called: Maafa21. It is a MUST SEE film- the best ever made on this issue. The early civil rights leaders, Black Panthers and others saw through the Planned Parenthood mirage. They saw it for what it really was: BLACK GENOCIDE.

In fact, civil rights icon, Fannie Lou Hammer saw clearly that abortion and birth control were being used as Genocide first hand.
Below are exerts of an eye opening incident Ms. Hamer experienced in the realm of Black Genocide written by Black journalist Samuel Yette. Yette was the first Black Washington Correspondent for Newsweek who was later fired after he himself authored a book exposing how birth control and abortion would be used as black Genocide, more on that later. Here Yette writes about Hamar’s experience in the Afro-American:

Mrs. Fannie Lou Hamer was Tough Fighter The Afro American – Apr 2, 1977 By Samuel Yette

” It is still a society in which an injured man must show his ability to pay before getting hospital services, but his daughter or wife can be aborted or fed birth control pills, at public expense…For these and other reasons the recent death of Mrs. Fannie Lou Hamer …was noted here and across the nation not only with personal sadness, but also with stern political reflection.

When the charades of Richard Nixon included a White House Conference on hunger in 1969, Mrs. Hamer was among the hundreds of authentic grass-roots persons brought here to confir with the highly paid experts.

But the conference (whose name was changed from a conference on hunger to a conference on “Food and Nutrition”) was in reality, one great fraud against the poor.

Instead of seeking ways to feed the hungry, the back stage plan was to get the poor unwittingly to endorse a plan to eliminate from the society those who were hungry.

For example, a panel of medical experts pretended to be studying was to insure proper nourishment for babies and pregnant women. Instead it adopted-in the name of the poor at the conference- a resolution providing for:

– Birth Control devices for young girls, free, and with or without parental approval;

- Required abortions of unmarried girls discovered during the first three months of pregnancy; and

- Forced sterilization of any such girl giving birth out of wedlock a second time.

Only one black person-a nurse-was a member of that panel.

Yette continues, In my reportorial role, I found Mrs. Hamer for a reaction to the newly passed resolution.

She responded with shock and outrage at the deception, “I didn’t come to talk about birth control, ” she protested, ” I came here to get some food to feed poor, hungry people, Where are they carrying on that kind of talk?”

Hearing the location of the panel, she gamely pulled herself up on a cane, and made her way to the panel’s meeting room. Along the way she beckoned several black men, who followed seriously intent on doing her will.

She went straight to the front of the room and demanded to be heard.

With the power and conviction of personal tragedy, she told how she, herself, had once been sterilized under the guise of an unrelated surgical procedure. She told how such tools as their resolution in the hands of racist medical personnel would mean tragedy for the black and poor.

Finally, with several large black men at her side, Mrs. Hamer demanded that the resolution be reconsidered. It was, and voted down. But she could not stand and watch forever.

Though she saw the deception and illuminated the society’s most immoral contradictions , she, like the hope and moral vigor of he 1960’s ran out…

The author of the tribute above, Mr. Samuel Yette also suffered persecution for exposing the sinister plot to exterminate blacks with population control methods.

Samuel Yette authored a stunning book called: My Book, “The Choice” and it exposed high level eugenics efforts against the black community

Samuel Yette was also one of the first and very distinguished Black journalists to work for Newsweek. After he published his book, The Choice” which exposed high level attempts of Black Genocide through birth control , abortion, and additional means , he was fired by Newsweek. Yette claims his superiors told him that the “Nixon Whitehouse” wanted him out of Washington.

In One chapter on Birth Control

Yette exposes President Nixon’s White House Conference on Food and Nutrition of December 2-4, 1969. In Mr. Yette’s words it, “was worse than a farce.” President Nixon opened the conference with 3 recommendations designed to reduce the number of hungry people! He suggested no measures for the relief of hunger in America.

1. He wanted everyone to have a guaranteed minimum income of $1,600 a year. (This is less than welfare was paying at that time.)
2. A supposed expansion of the food stamp program that would be tied into and compliment the welfare reform package in #1. (His plan would have actually reduced the amount of food stamps. Less money + less food =more hunger.)
3. Provide family planning services to at minimum 5 million women in low-income families.

This last proposal was part of a plan formulated by Dr. Charles Lowe of the National Institute of Health. The plan recommended Congress pass a law that:

1. Made birth control information and devices available to any and all girls over the age of 13 with or without parental consent.
2. Allowed mandatory abortions for unmarried girls within the 1st three months of pregnancy.
3. Mandatory sterilization for any unmarried girl giving birth out of wedlock for the 2nd time.

In that book, Yette describes how black activist, Mrs. Fannie Lou Hamer was there for the Conference on hunger. When she heard about the birth control proposals she grabbed about a dozen young black men, walked into the room, and demanded to be heard. She spoke about ten minutes on the evil results of this plan and the conference dropped it from consideration.

Today 5 BLACK babies to every 1 White baby will die inside American Abortion Clinics. Is there a targeting going on? Find out: Maafa21:
